I love the White Glass exterior, it looks sleek and matches well with my white cabinets. The auto-dimming, lighted control buttons are easy to use, just touch them with your finger and they respond instantly plus they look cool too. The vent is powerful and the charcoal filter really does a good job with keeping odors and smoke from filling my kitchen. It's big inside with an easy-to-clean enamel coating. Cooking is a snap with the Sensor Cook setting plus you also get built-in cooking settings for ten different desserts. Just use the SmartThings app, find the recipe you want to make, follow the instructions on the app and then press a button on the microwave and it will automatically cook it for you. How easy is that! This Bespoke microwave does it all while looking great at the same time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Bespoke microwave is a joy to look at and to use. The White Glass exterior really pops and looks so sleek and high-tech. I love how the touch controls illuminate with a simple touch and then dim automatically so that the front of the microwave can retain that clean and seamless look. You can adjust the time-delay for the auto-dimming. I keep mine set at 15 minutes and it’s perfect for me. The interior is a blue enamel and is so very easy to clean. Just a quick wipe is all that’s needed to keep the inside looking brand new. I much prefer this scratch-resistant enamel coating on the Samsung. My old microwave had that typical white interior that wasn’t the easiest to keep clean. This interior is very big and roomy and can easily fit the very largest of bowls or even a turkey! The vent is very powerful at 400 CFM (most microwaves are only 300 CFM) and there are 4 vent settings : Boost, High, Mid and Low. Even when on Boost, the sound isn’t overpowering and you get exceptional airflow that easily dissipates any steam from boiling pots. The included charcoal filter further helps to eliminate any cooking smells from travelling throughout the house. The SmartThings app is so cool to use with this microwave. I love being able to turn on or off the LED cooking lights with the app. I sometimes forget to turn them off when I’m in the kitchen. Being able to check the app when I’m in another room or upstairs and see if they are on or off is a nice perk. Also the lights have two brightness settings: High and Low. High is so nice and bright and perfect for when you’re cooking. It illuminates everything very nicely. I set the lights to low when I want a nice ambiance in the kitchen in the evening. There are still so many great features this microwave has but I will mention just one more. The Sensor Cook function. It’s so easy to use. I just tap the Sensor Cook control button then I pick the Dinner Plate option and it automatically starts to reheat my food and it determines the exact time needed, without any input from me. Can’t get any easier or more convenient than that. Thank you Samsung for making my meal preparation easy, stylish and fun.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been very disappointed with this product. First, there is no way to leave the clock on. This has always been something we turn to for the time when we're in and out of the kitchen. Second, popcorn button burns the popcorn. This should be more acceptable than this. Next, bake potatoes never cook with the sensor button. We always end up adding more time to thoroughly cook these. Another feature that is not available, there is not an option to turn off the the turntable while defrosting. This is very frustrating as, we cok for several people in my house and the turntable keeps turning around with large packages hitting the sides. I'm sure this will lead to destroying the motor at some point.

I love that you can control it using the SmartThings app. The capacity is big and has plenty of cooking options to select from. It has built in smart voice features. It is a fingerprint magnet though, so you will find yourself wiping off the glass often. The led lights underneath the unit are really bright. The fan has several settings: from boost to low and in between. It supposed to work along with the Samsung range in turning on the fan, but I have yet to see it carry this out. Overall, it is a sleek microwave with plenty of space and smart features that are very useful.

I love how the control panel dims to make it simply black glass showing and no controls or even clock (we have 3 other clocks in kitchen; no need to always have another on display). It was a little confusing at first as the control panel doesn't just appear when touched; you have to put something in to be cooked. It's great that it's another appliance that connects to the SmartThings app. Getting noifications about the food being done can be helpful if I leave the room. So many options available for cooking -- I don't think we'll ever use them all. The sensor is great so I don't have to guess at reheating times. All in all, a great addition to the Samsung family of appliances in my kitchen.

Unfortunately we have a small kitchen and use the inside of our microwave for bread and cat treat storage. If we use the over range fan it does not damage anything stored in the microwave-in the past we have always had ro empty our microwave in order to use the over range exhaust fan. The smart features of "sensor cook" does take a while to get used to the programming, but once you do, your food is cooked perfectly. The percison of the cooking precisely cooks the food perfectly. Does not overcook. The food taste better and really updates in any style of kitchen. The exhaust fan has 3 speeds and is not too loud.

I hooked it up to the smart things app, and the date and time auto synced. Very cool. Love the remote control of the lights, fan, and start directly from my phone. Ok as I said, it has auto Connectivity which allows my microwave and Samsung range to turn the fan and lighting on automatically. Nice feature. Wi-Fi Connected so I can get alerts when cooking is finished on my phone. The Auto-Dimming Glass & Touch Controls are cool. Very sleek look when controls dim out, but the controls come right back on with just a touch. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to replace a GE that quit working. This Samsung microwave is a very nice looking appliance. It does work well, but doesn't seem to cook as fast as GE. The programmed cooking features are hit and miss. Some work okay and others not so well. I really like the full front being glass and the buttons being touch on the bottom of the glass front. I don't like that the clock goes off after a short while. Why have a clock if you have to touch the screen to turn it on. You can see on the attached picture, there is no clock showing, except for the reflection of the one hanging on the wall. The fan and cook-top lights works well. The fan is not as loud as the replaced GE. After replacing the GE lights with LED, they are comparable to this Samsung.
