Underside lighting is brighter than my last Samsung unit, which illuminates the stove nicely. The clock is a little small and the buttons take some getting used to since they are arranged horizontally. The only minor negative thing I can say is that the door is noticeably larger and heavier than most, and if you are used to a handle, the side latch takes some getting used to. But I'm very happy with the unit and would recommend it.

This one has a very bright, easy touch control panel that hides everything but the clock after a few minutes. It is deep with a good size carousel. It has great cooking options that you will have to experiment with. Overall, a great upgrade at a reasonable price. You get a lot cleaner look with the big glass door in the hidden controls. No regrets at all.

I mainly use for reheat & defrost. The timer is hidden under settings & is a bit different. The menu powers down after a while when not in use- but comes back up when you touch the panel or open the door. The clock is on all the time. The fan is powerful & has 3 levels. Overall, really nice, feels solid- wish it had convection cooking. Matches my stovetop & refrigerator nicely. Highly recommend!

We've had this microwave for little more than two years and bought it mainly because it matched our kitchen. Now it suddenly stopped heating food even though everything else still works. This happened out of nowhere, sometime yesterday or possibly before the New Year, and it's especially frustrating since we don't even use it that often. Super disappointed
