[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to replace a GE that quit working. This Samsung microwave is a very nice looking appliance. It does work well, but doesn't seem to cook as fast as GE. The programmed cooking features are hit and miss. Some work okay and others not so well. I really like the full front being glass and the buttons being touch on the bottom of the glass front. I don't like that the clock goes off after a short while. Why have a clock if you have to touch the screen to turn it on. You can see on the attached picture, there is no clock showing, except for the reflection of the one hanging on the wall. The fan and cook-top lights works well. The fan is not as loud as the replaced GE. After replacing the GE lights with LED, they are comparable to this Samsung.

I hooked it up to the smart things app, and the date and time auto synced. Very cool. Love the remote control of the lights, fan, and start directly from my phone. Ok as I said, it has auto Connectivity which allows my microwave and Samsung range to turn the fan and lighting on automatically. Nice feature. Wi-Fi Connected so I can get alerts when cooking is finished on my phone. The Auto-Dimming Glass & Touch Controls are cool. Very sleek look when controls dim out, but the controls come right back on with just a touch. The inside ceramic fully protects its interior and allows for easy flow of heat inside. The capacity is excellent as it is amazing and super easy to clean afterwards. I love that I can use my phone to control it as well. I love cooking for my family but the microwave allows me to heat up broccoli, make popcorn, heat up bread among so many other things. I absolutely love it cause it fits perfectly into our contemporary kitchen environment. I highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing microwave that you will fall in love with due to its durability and capacity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Bespoke microwave is a joy to look at and to use. The White Glass exterior really pops and looks so sleek and high-tech. I love how the touch controls illuminate with a simple touch and then dim automatically so that the front of the microwave can retain that clean and seamless look. You can adjust the time-delay for the auto-dimming. I keep mine set at 15 minutes and it’s perfect for me. The interior is a blue enamel and is so very easy to clean. Just a quick wipe is all that’s needed to keep the inside looking brand new. I much prefer this scratch-resistant enamel coating on the Samsung. My old microwave had that typical white interior that wasn’t the easiest to keep clean. This interior is very big and roomy and can easily fit the very largest of bowls or even a turkey! The vent is very powerful at 400 CFM (most microwaves are only 300 CFM) and there are 4 vent settings : Boost, High, Mid and Low. Even when on Boost, the sound isn’t overpowering and you get exceptional airflow that easily dissipates any steam from boiling pots. The included charcoal filter further helps to eliminate any cooking smells from travelling throughout the house. The SmartThings app is so cool to use with this microwave. I love being able to turn on or off the LED cooking lights with the app. I sometimes forget to turn them off when I’m in the kitchen. Being able to check the app when I’m in another room or upstairs and see if they are on or off is a nice perk. Also the lights have two brightness settings: High and Low. High is so nice and bright and perfect for when you’re cooking. It illuminates everything very nicely. I set the lights to low when I want a nice ambiance in the kitchen in the evening. There are still so many great features this microwave has but I will mention just one more. The Sensor Cook function. It’s so easy to use. I just tap the Sensor Cook control button then I pick the Dinner Plate option and it automatically starts to reheat my food and it determines the exact time needed, without any input from me. Can’t get any easier or more convenient than that. Thank you Samsung for making my meal preparation easy, stylish and fun.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our kitchen appliances bring so much more to the table and our microwave really needed an improvement and this has been used for almost all of the smart buttons. One of my favorite is the reheating dinner plate cooking each lunch/dinner to a perfect temperature rather then over cooking. I was super tired of soggy pizza and the pizza reheat button melts the cheese nicely and soft. I love the ceramic inside of the microwave making it much nicer to clean up any messes and less scrubbing.

The capacity is very large and the touch controls are easy to use and understand. I like that you can use the SmartThings App to set up cooks and monitor what is going on. It heats food quickly and evenly. I am very happy with this and look forward to trying more of the features it has.

It is so convenient to have all of my appliances listed in the SmartThings app and monitor their status. The sensor cook feature is great. I reheat my food when I work from home and don't have to worry about the food coming out cold or way too hot. The auto dimming glass controls are so sleek and work very well. The capacity of this microwave is perfect. Enough space for all of my needs. Not only does the microwave work well, it looks really good in our kitchen with all of our other Bespoke products.

I like how it operates, the only thing I have an issues is the light up display it goes away after a few minutes. I wished it would stay on along with the time display.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a huge microwave. Of Course being a bespoke model, this looks very modern and elegant. The display is completely redefined such a way that everything is touch based and with illuminating buttons that turns off when not in use, showcasing the whole microwave into a cool look. It has both with and without clock options, and I love this clean look. The samsung app is great where you can automate things like turning on the lights and fan when the stove is on however it needs little work where it keeps alerting for even for a quick reheat where it displays on phone, TV and refrigerators screen( all are Samsung). however there is an option to put hold on alerts in the app which cancels all updates. I wish there is intelligence built in to send alerts for diner style automotive cooking and not for simple reheats. It has so many predefined settings that makes it a very smart microwave. I tried simple cooking and a few preset options like beverages and I love the uniform heating which I did not see in my previous microwave. Now to use the more advanced options and it simply amplifies with the built-in intelligence. It has two bright LED lights and it illuminates the stove underneath to such brightness that you will be so happy to do cooking with them, not namesake light but actually useful. Also the vent is so powerful and apt for my style of cooking, however a little loud to be honest. Filter is pop out style and washable. This is a Bespoke model and it's totally worth it. I will recommend this to a friend for sure.

Overall I am very pleased with this product. I have been enjoying it for two months and it's been great. The installation went smoothly and the directions were clear and helpful. It is easy to operate and looks amazing. I will say one disappointing fact is that is doesn't have a kitchen timer.
