I don’t know I have wanted to give this an honest review, by waiting some months. It’s been 9 months I have the whole bespoke kitchen. And I will say it says fingerprint resistant- that is not true, fingerprints every where. After 9 months it’ just stopped working. Literally tried everything Samsung tech said from online and nothing worked. This microwave does not heat up food properly, and excessive amount of time is needed to heat up the simplest of food. Example popcorn button does not pop the popcorn all the way through it will burn but bag will not be inflated. Or reheating food is a chore constantly choosing more time, then flipping over the food for all sides to be warm.

The inside ceramic fully protects its interior and allows for easy flow of heat inside. The capacity is excellent as it is amazing and super easy to clean afterwards. I love that I can use my phone to control it as well. I love cooking for my family but the microwave allows me to heat up broccoli, make popcorn, heat up bread among so many other things. I absolutely love it cause it fits perfectly into our contemporary kitchen environment. I highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing microwave that you will fall in love with due to its durability and capacity.

I also really appreciate the ease of use Samsung has put a simple menu right on the inside of the microwave to give you one button heat UPS for many popular dishes and leftovers. Also having control with your voice or even with your Samsung smart device seemed like something maybe you would not need? However it actually comes very Handy, especially if you have a babysitter or someone at your home who doesn't know how to use your microwave. You can simply do it for them on your mobile device from wherever you are, thus impressing your company and solving a problem when the sitter is trying to warm up leftovers on your new, fancy microwave. Realizing a microwave is something that we use so often day to day, I am left feeling like Samsung has really hit this one out of the park. They have covered all the bases, given us all the features, and it's gorgeous. This is definitely a must-buy in my opinion; your family will thank you, trust me.

The hood fan is needed regularly and the button is impossible to find. You have to look for the fingerprint marks. A brighter light to see inside the oven would be nice. Missing 1 2 and 3 minute quick start buttons common on other microwaves. At the very least hitting the 30 second button should auto start the microwave.

No backlighting on the display impossible to use if there is a darkened room. Warming up a late night snack, forgot it unless you memorized the touch screen. Noisey turnable when in use and programming is difficult to understand. Relies on sensors that don't seem to work all the time. Only purchased this unit to my other bespoke appliances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Bespoke microwave is a joy to look at and to use. The White Glass exterior really pops and looks so sleek and high-tech. I love how the touch controls illuminate with a simple touch and then dim automatically so that the front of the microwave can retain that clean and seamless look. You can adjust the time-delay for the auto-dimming. I keep mine set at 15 minutes and it’s perfect for me. The interior is a blue enamel and is so very easy to clean. Just a quick wipe is all that’s needed to keep the inside looking brand new. I much prefer this scratch-resistant enamel coating on the Samsung. My old microwave had that typical white interior that wasn’t the easiest to keep clean. This interior is very big and roomy and can easily fit the very largest of bowls or even a turkey! The vent is very powerful at 400 CFM (most microwaves are only 300 CFM) and there are 4 vent settings : Boost, High, Mid and Low. Even when on Boost, the sound isn’t overpowering and you get exceptional airflow that easily dissipates any steam from boiling pots. The included charcoal filter further helps to eliminate any cooking smells from travelling throughout the house. The SmartThings app is so cool to use with this microwave. I love being able to turn on or off the LED cooking lights with the app. I sometimes forget to turn them off when I’m in the kitchen. Being able to check the app when I’m in another room or upstairs and see if they are on or off is a nice perk. Also the lights have two brightness settings: High and Low. High is so nice and bright and perfect for when you’re cooking. It illuminates everything very nicely. I set the lights to low when I want a nice ambiance in the kitchen in the evening. There are still so many great features this microwave has but I will mention just one more. The Sensor Cook function. It’s so easy to use. I just tap the Sensor Cook control button then I pick the Dinner Plate option and it automatically starts to reheat my food and it determines the exact time needed, without any input from me. Can’t get any easier or more convenient than that. Thank you Samsung for making my meal preparation easy, stylish and fun.

The capacity is very large and the touch controls are easy to use and understand. I like that you can use the SmartThings App to set up cooks and monitor what is going on. It heats food quickly and evenly. I am very happy with this and look forward to trying more of the features it has.

It makes me want to upgrade my cabinets to match it better because I feel bad my cabinets don't look as sleek. With that said, the glass surface shows every stains and prints you can imagine. I try to minimize where I touch it as much as possible. Also the font for the numbers and guide on the microwave is too small for my senior mother. Functionality wise, it works really well. I like how much control I have over the it and it is pretty easy to figure out. The beep when you touch the controls is nice and not obnoxious, I like that you have the option to mute it too. The app helps me learn useful things I can do with my microwave. This one is less noisy than my old microwave. The white light for the stove is so much nicer than the yellow light on my old one. It also has 2 levels of brightness, which is a nice touch. The filter for the exhaust is very easy to be removed. Overall I really like my new microwave.

Once installed, the “Wifi Clock” instantly sets itself to the correct time which is a convenient feature. One of my favorite features is using the Smart Things app for voice control and to set a timer remotely. The Smart Things app was easy to set up and took about 10 seconds to detect the microwave on the app. Another great feature is the keep warm function on the microwave. I was blown away seeing that function built in the microwave. You can also set the lighting on the microwave to your personal liking. I love that because I tend to keep a light on in the kitchen at night. There’s also a sensor cook is a great feature that prevents overheating and burning of food. So Cool! Love the space in this microwave I can reheat plenty of food evenly. Overall, this is the best microwave purchase I have made.
