Purchased 1 month ago and paid for installation. Code C- F2. Nothing on the touchscreen works. In order to get it serviced, I have to uninstall and reinstall after service. Earliest service is 6 days away.

The touch panel is not responsive, Also to run for 30 seconds you have to push 30 seconds and then start, It should just start when you push 30 seconds button. No way to change this. Very unhappy customer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was pretty easy to install and it is pretty big on the inside. It looks sleek and modern! I love everything about the functionality of it! The only issue is that sometimes the buttons don't respond easily when pressed. Aside from that, great buy!

This micro is not a good choice. The metal cabinet is extremely thin and very easy to damage during installation. Also the lack of backlighting in the keypad makes use in a dim room (eg at night when you may not want to turn additional lights on) or a naturally light room far too difficult. I do NOT recommend.
