Runs loud and fan is loud and doesn’t change much

Haven’t used the microwave that much yet. The two things that I’ve noticed is that it’s loud when it runs and the fan when used doesn’t seem to change speeds much and is loud. I am disappointed in how loud it is. I do like the way it looks.

Great Features and easy to use

bad control panel

The touch panel is not responsive, Also to run for 30 seconds you have to push 30 seconds and then start, It should just start when you push 30 seconds button. No way to change this. Very unhappy customer

Cant keep correct time!

Microwave cannot keep the correct time. Runs slow all the time!! Terrible purchase. Samsung was no help. Do not buy! Also, surface is not fingerprint free!!
