One of the most useful equipment in my kitchen, its capacity and heating per volume is spectacular. Additionally, You can see how is it performing on your phone, control ligths on-off , ventilation on-off and see it on other digital devices such as TV or tablets linked to it because of its WI-FI feature using Smarthings app, it is amazing. Operationaly, it is very easy to control all options using a touch sensitive front control and its pull and press door make you feel like a vintage device. Last but not least, it has an extraordinary looking on any kitchen with a very bright black glass using its non fingerprint technology painteted in matte black on the sides

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great and it heats food evenly and it has plenty of capacity to cook in.it looks great in our kitchen glad we made this purchase. the internet connectivity is a great feature to have I didn't realize I would use it until I had it. it's very easy to keep clean on the outside fingerprints wipe away great ease. It works well for ventilation as well making cooking on the stove easier.

The SmartThings app stays connected and has many helpful options to starting and prepping things when away from the microwave. The vent and lights on this model are also pretty nice, helping keep things well lighted and when frying foods helps eliminate the extra smoke from hoovering in the room.

this is my 2nd unit, I originally had purchased the BESPOKE edition but there was hardware issues with it and was replaced with this one. I have had it for 2 months now and is working fine, The matte black look seems better to us overall, less fingerprints are noticeable than the all glass look. function wise they are the same. Overall hope this one stands the test of time.

There was a grinding noise after installation. I contacted Samsung who opened a repair ticket but the vendor assigned said I’d need to uninstall the microwave to have it serviced for “liability reasons”. It was just installed the same day. I contacted the installer who referred me to Sam’s Club who referred me back to Samsung. Sorry but my patience is exhausted for a brand new appliance. I’d rather return it.

Randomly turns on fan and beeps. Can't even keep time. I assumed Samsung microwaves were quality and even paid a couple hundred more than I would have with other brand names. Big disappointment.

Bought a Samsung over-the-range microwave from Sam's Club because the listing clearly advertised delivery, basic installation, and haul-away included. That is not what we got. Sam's Club's system marked the order delivered on September 8. No one came that day. I had to call the delivery company multiple times just to get a real appointment. The microwave finally arrived September 11 around 7:50 p.m. The crew dropped the unit, refused to install it, refused to haul away the old microwave, and left quickly. That is not “basic installation and haul-away included.” Problems in short: * False “delivered” date on September 8 * Customer had to chase the carrier to schedule * Evening drop-off with no install. No haul-away of the old unit * Extra out-of-pocket cost for a contractor to finish what Sam's Club advertised as included
