We purchased this microwave when our last one finally quit on us. We've had it about a month now and we love it. It has so much more inside space than our last one. Installation went fairly easy with 2 people. The recommended settings inside the door are a nice feature. We have not tried the "smart things" like syncing with our Samsung range yet, but overall we are happy with our purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed this with the help my wife. It went as expected with one mistake that was my fault. Had the hole template upside down and caused 2 extra holes in my cabinet but is livable. With that corrected, the rest was perfect. Fits right up cabinet and even between sides. The unit is very user friendly and the only minor issue is fingerprints that easily wipe off with dry towel. Presets seem to work very good, haven't used them all yet but so far so good. Internet connection is a plus once you get used to it. Have no real cons, great buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very large microwave with many great features and auto-settings. Built-in functions include multiple type Reheat, Auto Cook, Defrost, and more. Although not very obvious, the percentage of microwave power can be adjusted (not a direct button, you type in TIME and then click OK, which allows you to set a percentage). A nice companion to this is that you can set multi-level heating at one time, for example, 2 minutes at 80% followed by 3 minutes at 50%. Microwave works great, no issues. Interior s easy to clean. The ventilation has 4 levels of power. It provides pretty good suction. The microwave has Wi-Fi connectivity, so you can download the app and the microwave will let you know on your phone when the cycle is complete. Lastly, the user interface can be turned black when you don't want the microwave lights to bother you.

Bought a Samsung over-the-range microwave from Sam’s Club because the listing clearly advertised delivery, basic installation, and haul-away included. That is not what we got. Sam’s Club’s system marked the order delivered on September 8. No one came that day. I had to call the delivery company multiple times just to get a real appointment. The microwave finally arrived September 11 around 7:50 p.m. The crew dropped the unit, refused to install it, refused to haul away the old microwave, and left quickly. That is not “basic installation and haul-away included.” Problems in short: * False “delivered” date on September 8 * Customer had to chase the carrier to schedule * Evening drop-off with no install. No haul-away of the old unit * Extra out-of-pocket cost for a contractor to finish what Sam’s Club advertised as included
