The auto cook time selections printed on the oven are odd. Hot dogs? Brown rice? Brown and white rice have different cook times. There is more, but I am sure I don't have room. The permanent selections are odd. There's no selection for bacon. No additional cooking time instructions anywhere for frequently cooked items. The most irritating thing is the LIGHTS - YOU CAN NOT SEE THE SELECTIONS. There are no lights on the buttons. I have to use a flash light. Don't get me started on the Samsung stove. Just know if you cook on the stove and bump the select button you will keep turning on the oven while frying. ABSOLUTELY IRRITATING. However, I love that the microwave is quiet, love how efficient it cooks once you figure out. I only use defrost and autocook. The airfryer and airfryer tray on the oven is fantastic, but the oven on button needs a lock out. One other item. I love the space in my 29 sqf refrigerator and flex drawer is a dream. The bespoke oven and bespoke stainless steel doors are a nightmare to keep clean. I bought the product they recommended and it is always smeared and we don't have children. So many pluses, but these items irritate me daily. I would have chosen differently for the reasons above as the stainless also scratches easily. Stickers hide the scratches on picture.

Hoping it will last at least a decade or longer as older ones used to, guess we'll need to wait and see. Notifications popping up on screen of a Samsung TV or on phone using the app is nice. Backlighting for the buttons on the glass would be nice when it's very dark since layout isn't a standard keypad design, and can't use open door light to see keypad to side as would be on usual layouts. Only issue is cleaning the glass front panel. Hard to clean the keypad area, cleaning activates the buttons even if you turn display off it reactivates. White outsides not just white front glass panel would also blend better as a white appliance, and white based microwave grid for viewing area, not black. A very good deal if you can get it on sale for the features and style it offers.

I replaced a 12 year old Samsung and was able to use the same wall mounting bracket. However the bolts on the top were not in the same locations. Overall the install was easy and I'm happy with my choice.

I like that it connects to the smart app vent works really good and the light is nice and bright and has two settings overall very pleased hanging it up was a pain in the butt however it is worth it and it has stayed up just fine with lots of use

There was a grinding noise after installation. I contacted Samsung who opened a repair ticket but the vendor assigned said I’d need to uninstall the microwave to have it serviced for “liability reasons”. It was just installed the same day. I contacted the installer who referred me to Sam’s Club who referred me back to Samsung. Sorry but my patience is exhausted for a brand new appliance. I’d rather return it.

Purchased 1 month ago and paid for installation. Code C- F2. Nothing on the touchscreen works. In order to get it serviced, I have to uninstall and reinstall after service. Earliest service is 6 days away.
