Good value, cool looking microwave

Stopped working after 3 weeks

The microwave stopped working after 3 weeks. Samsung technical support said that they do not have some repair parts and they do not know when they will be available and will be able to fix the microwave. Be careful if you decide to buy it.

Great microwave

Nice microwave

Steams up horribly!

Works great for short bakes but if it runs over 3 minutes it steams up badly, both inside and out. Samsung warranty people say that's just how it works. Needless to say, it's pretty but can't use over 3 minutes.

Hi PatM, We understand the concern regarding the steam buildup when using the unit. Based on the cuisine, cooking or defrosting could produce steam or water. This isn't an oven malfunction. Wipe with a soft cloth if steam accumulates inside or outside the oven door. Steam can accumulate when you operate the oven when humidity is high and in no way indicates microwave leakage.
