This microwave was included in my new home. When cooking something over 3 minutes the left side of the microwave steams up on the outside and goes up on the left cupboard door above the microwave steaming up and that will warp or otherwise damage the cupboard. The Samsung warranty is not worth the paper it's written on as techs have been out and have seen what it does and says that's normal. Too throw steam out and warp the upper cupboard. OMG, really? Don't buy it.

Ordered Aug 28 2024 delivery date sept 9 called in numerous numerous times after delivery date final was told Monday the Sept 23 stayed up to get delivery after working midnight shift 12 hrs well I wake up to email they moved date to Sept 30 a month for a microwave is crazy never again sams

Pairs with the SmartThings app. If you have a samsung range the light automatically turns on when the burners come on. I love that you can remotely adjust ventilation , speed and cooking time right from your smartphone. You can also receive alerts when what you are heating or cooking time is up. I like that it syncs with the phone which is convenient for the time change you don't have to worry about it.

I purchased this over the range microwave in September. About 2 months after we received it the display started flickering. After 4 months, the microwave flickering has increased. I have contacted Samsung for repair and they are telling me that I am responsible for un-installing the microwave and will be responsible for re-installing the microwave, assuming they can fix it. I am not physically able to do this which is why I had it installed in the first place. That is unacceptable for a brand new microwave that is broken. Avoid buying this product.

It looks very sleek and I appreciate being able to sync it to my phone so that I can turn off the sound on it. I also love that there isn't a handle on the outside of the door (this is what broke on our previous one). The inside is pretty large and is easy to keep clean, especially because the interior is a dark blue so it doesn't show food splatter quite as easily. Definitely recommend if you want a microwave that works well, but also looks super nice!

Good size that can accommodate large utensils. Quite in operation and easy to maintain. Smart capabilities with wifi feature is helpful. Adds value and a nice overall look in the kitchen.

You can use Voice Control with certain mobile devices. I especially love using my SmartThings app to remotely control the vent fan. I'm looking forward to using the Sensor Cook. For certain foods, the sensor in the microwave will detect moisture in the food and adjust the cooking time as necessary! It's great for everyday use: reheating my coffee and cooking fast meals or snacks. I recommend this reasonably priced microwave.
