[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very nice microwave. Its looks are sleek and modern. I had to blur some parts of the pictures to hide my messy kitchen. It complements my samsung range, fridge and dishwasher. Its really powerful, heats up food quickly and is pretty quiet. I haven't had a chance to test out the smart features yet but I'm looking forward to it. Update: The smartthings app is really ease to use. I have a number of other things connected in my home. The capacity of the microwave is large, I can fit a large bowl inside. The voice control is novel, but I dont see using it much. I like the different speed settings on the exhaust fan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was definitely in need of a new microwave, and I love my choice with this one. The amount of space inside is impressive. Also, the inside wipes clean very easily which I found out the first time my husband used it and exploded his food. There is a handy cooking chart printed on the inside. The dinner plate feature has been very accurate. As you can see both the clock and the cooktop light are nice and bright. I am still learning the Smart Things app but so far, I think it is a nice feature. My one complaint is that it seems to always have fingerprint marks on it. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase.

The first thing I noticed about this microwave is the extra large capacity inside. It easily fits a dinner plate, but has so much clearance you could fit much taller items. The fan has four speeds and each one is so quiet. Even the lowest speed has great airflow and I have found it to be powerful enough to pull steam from the stovetop, up and out. The sensor cook is such a great way to heat up a plate of leftovers during a busy workday at home. It has presets and even recipes that I look forward to trying out. I added the microwave to my SmartThings app and it includes options beyond the functions on the unit. And no more manually changing the display for daylight savings time, it is WiFi connected! You can check energy usage from the smart appliances through the app, even if it reminds you that you spend more time watching tv than using the robotic vacuum or dishwasher. I bought this two weeks ago, and it was installed to days ago. So far, I have found it to be a wonderful microwave, however, when I tried to use Auto Cook to soften some butter, I couldn't get it to work. The book was no help. I ended up guessing at the seconds needed, like I used to do on my old "Stupid" microwave. Also, when trying to add my microwave to the SmartThings app, it has not progressed through the final step. It stopped saying, "Almost there! Your microwave is being added to SmartThings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think I bought this microwave mainly because it was cute~ LOL. It's pretty functional and does what it's supposed to do. I'm discovering something about it just about every time i use it. Need to read up on the directions though.

I already own a Samsung refrigerator, which has been working great, so I decided to stick with the same brand. The menu buttons are user-friendly, and the microwave performs really well. Its sleek appearance gives my kitchen a modern look, especially since my previous microwave was over 15 years old and outdated.

It's hard to believe but the keypads for this "Smart unit" are NOT BACKLIT. Only the clock is backlit. You need kitchen lights to be able to see the numbers. Our previous unit was excellent; it included a keypad you could read any time because it was backlit. It is now installed and cannot be returned. We call the store and Samsung--no way to return/upgrade

Product will work for about a year and a day, assuming it shows up intact, which mine took 3 tries. Then you have it installed over the stove, as per the design, and the heat and steam from your stove will corrode the keypad, resulting in a large repair bill. STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing product. This is my first time ever having a microwave that has built in WiFi. This made the experience so much easier to use. I did not have to worry about setting the time because of this. It also took away the need to read the manual after it was setup because everything you needed to know was a part of the WiFi experience. It gives you tips on how to cook certain foods. It also seems that it won’t let you over cook the food either. An example of this is when I went to heat up a honey bun. I accidentally left it in the microwave for 30 seconds. Usually I have to set it for 10 seconds or it will come out the microwave hard as a rock. This microwave had it heated to perfection. I would give this microwave a 10/10.
