Nice Microwave when it actually works.
I bought this microwave around May 31st. to replace my old Samsung one that I had for about 7-8 years. I Loved it as it worked great, has a large capacity and can be somewhat controlled by mt Alexa. I would give it 5 stars if it would keep working but it has nor kept working. I am now waiting for my second repair for the exact same problem,which is, the unit goes completely down. No display so it is dead. This has become quite frustrating as it isn't even 6 months old and it had done it twice. I would rather, at this point, have it replaced with a new one but instead it is going to be repaired. Hopefully this time it stays running and is not a constant 2 month issue. I have a lot of Samsung products in my home and have always recommended Samsung to my family/friends but this model I likely would not.

Neat microwave but misses the mark
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the integration with my Samsung range. It is really neat how when I turn on the range it turns on the microwave vent fan. The color is nice and goes well with the kitchen. The buttons on the front are really sleek. The microwave door does not always close. This causes it to act like it is starting even though the cook request is complete. So you have to shut it and then push the top right corner to make sure the door is closed. The glass turn table is extremely difficult to line up. So it makes a scratching sound that make it sound like it is going to break. The defrost options does not include a timed defrost. It only defrosts by weight. Overall, it’s a decent microwave but not built up to Samsung’s standards

Great replacement & not too difficult too install
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new microwave. I was able to install it myself relatively easily. I pulled out the old microwave, I used the new template and my wife and I were able to drop it right in. The microwave work well and looks great. No issues at all.
Great microwave
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung microwave is the absolute coolest. It has a nice sleek design and is huge. I can put in large quantities at the same time and it heats it up great. I like the sleek touchscreen design as well as the different features. I have used the popcorn button several times and it cooks popcorn perfectly each time. Overall, this is a fantastic microwave and a great addition to any household.
Sleek Modern Look
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was definitely in need of a new microwave, and I love my choice with this one. The amount of space inside is impressive. Also, the inside wipes clean very easily which I found out the first time my husband used it and exploded his food. There is a handy cooking chart printed on the inside. The dinner plate feature has been very accurate. As you can see both the clock and the cooktop light are nice and bright. I am still learning the Smart Things app but so far, I think it is a nice feature. My one complaint is that it seems to always have fingerprint marks on it. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase.
Sleek Microwave

We already love Samsung, so it was only fitting to switch our microwave to Samsung! The microwave was the last appliance to be upgraded and it looks beautiful! Since we use our microwave daily, I knew I wanted a reliable appliance! I chose the Samsung Over-the-Range Microwave in Matte Black Steel! I already use the SmartThings app, so connecting the microwave was so easy! The Samsung Microwave features: LED Display, Glass Touch Controls, SmartThings Cooking, and Ceramic Enamel Interior! The Microwave also offers a kitchen timer, +30 seconds, SensorCook, Auto Cook, Keep Warm, and Defrost! Compared to our old microwave, this is a huge upgrade! I adore the Wi-Fi Connectivity, Voice-Enabled, Clock (12 hr/24 hr) with Daylight Savings Time Adjustment, Reminder End Signal, LED Cooktop Lighting, Halogen Interior Lighting, Vent Fan Control: On/Off/DelayOff, Sound On/Off, and Eco Mode! Learning the Samsung Microwave looks to be straight forward. We are so grateful and excited for our new microwave!
Smart and quiet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My microwave was a 20 year old Samsung that was still going strong, but I thought it was time to try all the features in a newer model Samsung. I am glad I decided to get this smart model! The first thing I noticed about this microwave is the extra large capacity inside. It easily fits a dinner plate, but has so much clearance you could fit much taller items. The fan has four speeds and each one is so quiet. Even the lowest speed has great airflow and I have found it to be powerful enough to pull steam from the stovetop, up and out. The sensor cook is such a great way to heat up a plate of leftovers during a busy workday at home. It has presets and even recipes that I look forward to trying out. I added the microwave to my SmartThings app and it includes options beyond the functions on the unit. And no more manually changing the display for daylight savings time, it is WiFi connected! You can check energy usage from the smart appliances through the app, even if it reminds you that you spend more time watching tv than using the robotic vacuum or dishwasher. Or maybe that's just me...
Samsung at it's finest
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new Samsung Bespoke Microwave is amazing. It looks great with our new bespoke oven and fridge. It all communicates very well through SmartThings and our Samsung phones. The Microwave has sensor cook that cooks a plate of food even with different size items to the perfect temperature by using the ability to sense the steam/humidity of the food and the temperature cooks to the perfect temp Everytime with the push of a button. It also alerts your phone and smart hub screens when food is done or the timer goes off. You can verbally communicate through Bixby or your smart hubs to keep food warm or add more time if needed. Great purchase with zero cons or regrets. Absolutely love this microwave and Samsung.
Disappointed
I bought this microwave over a month ago everything is plugged in and set to wifi. Yet I cannot use it. None of the buttons work. I even set a timer with the smart thing app, then go to push the start button and nothing. It is a huge hunk of metal that has a clock on it.

Defective heat element
Was the worst microwave I own. Heat element doesn't work to heat properly. Went through techs which they couldn't figure the issue. They had to reach samsung online about codes which was weird because they she have some idea what the issue is. I really not consider samsung since they're support is never helpful. Only last about a month and half. Get a protection plan of you want to shoot your luck because it has alot issues
