There are a few points in the fridge if you put to much weight on a drawer/shelf the plastic may break or crack which is to be expected. Overall solid but could be made with a little better quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the Samsung RS28CB7600QL/AA for quite a while now, and it's honestly been a great refrigerator. One thing I've really noticed is how consistently it keeps everything cold. I don't have to think twice about where I put food because the temperatures stay even, and my fruits and vegetables stay crisp a lot longer than they did in my old fridge. The water and ice have been excellent too. The filtration does a great job, and the water always tastes fresh. I also like how easy the fridge is to use every day. The shelves and door bins are well laid out, so it's simple to organize groceries and grab what I need without digging around. The finish has held up really well over time. It still looks clean and modern, and it doesn't seem to show fingerprints or everyday wear as much as I expected. After living with it for the long haul, I can honestly say it's been reliable, practical, and one of those appliances that just quietly does its job every day. PS: In terms of ergonomics, I wasn't sure how I felt about hidden door handles. Turns out I actually prefer them to thr traditional handles on my old fridge.

We are finding the new unit more functional with side by side freezer and refrigerator. Particularly like self-filling water pitcher which allows filling large water bottles quickly and dual ice maker.

This is a great refrigerator with lots of nice features. Unfortunately for us shortly after a year of use it started overheating. We just had a 12-month warranty. Anybody purchasing future Samsung products would be wise to buy their extended warranty. To repair it is more expensive than replacing. Very disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is beautiful. It looks very streamlined in my kitchen. I love that you can write and draw on the glass and it just easily wipes off. You can monitor temperature and other features from your phone and the app alerts you if the door is left open. It has ample storage. If I could change one thing a cheese drawer would be great but I just use clear storage containers which are easy to get.

We purchased this refrigerator in August 2023. I was very excited to have small ice and large ice inside the refrigerator not on the door as well as having the water inside the refrigerator not on the door. However, about six months ago we started having issues with The small ice dumping water into the container so in order to you use the small ice. I have to break it up 2 to 3 times a day. The other problem with the icemaker tray is that it doesn't fit in there properly. It's too small and comes off of the track often. I also have issues with the water, pitcher not filling and having to pull it out and put it back in and move it around to get it to fill. So while I would love to give this five stars, I absolutely cannot and if I had to do it over again, I would not purchase this refrigerator.

It's got a sleek, modern design that goes perfect with our kitchen and we always get compliments on it when people come over. Having the cubed and crushed ice options also come in handy for different drinks, and the auto fill pitcher feature is something we didn't even know we needed til we had it. Overall, very impressed.
