[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge looks great in our small space. This Samsung was one of the only fridges (that we haven't already had) that we were able to get to fit. Very sleek and well lit. It is a welcome change change from the typical stainless steel. Shelves seem study and the ice produces well. The sensors on the doors are helpful. No meat crisper and the internal water dispenser takes some getting used to but not a big deal for us given our situation and the cost. Hope to have this one for many years to come.

Samsung has designed an elegant side-by-side refrigerator which maximizes the 28 cubic feet of storage space with ergonomic shelves and an intuitive layout of its features. The beverage station simplifies both water despensing and storiage of the provided water pitcher. Refilling the pitcher is very easy and has an automatic stop to prevent overfilling. The dual storage bin for the two sizes of ice cubes is very convenient with great accessibility. A lot of thought went into this refrigerator's build and beautiful exterior appearance.

My other favorite feature is the pitcher inside of the refrigerator. This makes it very easy to fill water bottles and a coffee maker being that the pitcher refills on its own.

Now I don't have to worry about finding an empty pitcher in the fridge! It refills itself! Love the quick cool feature. Helps keep the fridge consistently cold even when I'm filling the fridge up after a big grocery run. Setting it up and connecting to the Smart Things app was super easy to do. I didn't even need a teenager to do it! I love that the ice maker isn't on the door, but right on the middle of the freezer. I do kinda wish there was an option to select which kind of ice cubes it made. The filter is easy to change. It's also easy to clean. Struggling with missing the little things I'm used to - no butter compartment. No skinny shelf. But I suppose I'll get used to it! Disclaimer: received a coupon for sharing my honest review.

We bought this refrigerator just 2 months ago at Best Buy. For the first couple of weeks, it worked great. Then the left-hand freezer door began popping open a fraction of an inch EVERY SINGLE TIME we closed the refrigerator door. It's hard to tell when this happens since the gap is small. BUT. Within hours, the freezer will have lost temperature, and everything will be covered in frost. Whatever is in the freezer will defrost. The Samsung technicians who came out said a couple of things. One was that the refrigerator was "within spec", meaning they would not/could not fix it. The tech also told us that this is such a common complaint for Samsung refrigerators that Samsung simply stopped trying to fix it. Think about that. NOBODY would buy this refrigerator if they were aware it would do this and Samsung would not fix it. The problem is pretty obvious. The mechanism that self-closes the freezer door is very weak, and the magnet that holds it in place once you push it close is also too weak. These should be fixable problems. But apparently not by Samsung.

Got this fridge 2 1/2 years ago. The fridge does not last, plain and simple, error code 23C and a bunch of cascading errors after this. We had a repairman come in to replace the condenser and a couple more parts. Great its working again, but only for about 3 weeks until it fails again. The reservoir that cools the water before dispensing it cracked because of ice build up we were unaware of. Now we are getting 23c error code again. How is your product so fragile? The cost of parts to replace are almost as much as a new fridge. How is this possible when your parts are so cheap? Cannot recommend ever buying Samsung again because of this.
