Beautiful white glass fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll start by saying I absolutely love this fridge. I was a little worried at first because I have stainless steel appliances and this is the only white glass appliance. But it looks amazing and was absolutely not something I should have worried about. The fridge itself is amazing. I absolutely love the beverage center with the pitcher along with the two ice bins which has been a favorite for my wife who loves the small chewy ice. The air circulation in both the fridge and freezer is great and I've never had anything freeze in the back of the fridge. Additionally, I like the quick freeze and quick cool options because when I put something in the fridge that's really hot it doesn't heat up the whole fridge. As you can see in the photos, It also has a drawer that slides back so that you can fit in tall pots or anything else that's too tall normally to fit in the fridge. The last feature to speak of is the auto open doors which seems like a kind of cool feature, but I'm not sure it's any more convenient than just opening the doors manually. I suppose it could be good if you have your hands full, but it just pops open a couple inches so you still have to open it by hand if you had your hands full. If anything I worry it might help children get into the fridge easier they put their hand over the sensor.

Bespoke Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this fridge for 6 months and are still beyond happy with our purchase. The inside is spacious and easy to organize. It’s sleek and modern and blends into our kitchen perfectly—very easy to clean as well. Would definitely recommend!

Good Features

Filtration keeps me hydrated with fresh water. Automatic notice of open door feature is helpful. Temperature controls and filter information available. Cooling is satisfactory.

Two thumbs down for the icemaker

We purchased this refrigerator in August 2023. I was very excited to have small ice and large ice inside the refrigerator not on the door as well as having the water inside the refrigerator not on the door. However, about six months ago we started having issues with The small ice dumping water into the container so in order to you use the small ice. I have to break it up 2 to 3 times a day. The other problem with the icemaker tray is that it doesn’t fit in there properly. It’s too small and comes off of the track often. I also have issues with the water, pitcher not filling and having to pull it out and put it back in and move it around to get it to fill. So while I would love to give this five stars, I absolutely cannot and if I had to do it over again, I would not purchase this refrigerator.

Bad design - gaps through which ants can get in !

I see ants (dead) inside the freezer compartment. Never seen anything like this before !! I think it is because of the gaps that exist around the freezer. Freezer is where frozen meat are kept. These ants apeeraed to be only interested in meat !

Poor icemaker performance

Although this refrigerator looks nice, the freezer section will frost up and block the vents, impairing the air flow and causing the freezer to warm above the desired setpoint. Additionally, the ice makers are disappointing. The ice bite side has never worked properly, with zero output. The output of the regular size side is way below expectations. We had to buy a countertop icemaker to make enough ice for our family (5 adults). This is not an inexpensive appliance, either. Is it too much to ask that your products live up to the advertising claims?
