Samsung has designed an elegant side-by-side refrigerator which maximizes the 28 cubic feet of storage space with ergonomic shelves and an intuitive layout of its features. The beverage station simplifies both water despensing and storiage of the provided water pitcher. Refilling the pitcher is very easy and has an automatic stop to prevent overfilling. The dual storage bin for the two sizes of ice cubes is very convenient with great accessibility. A lot of thought went into this refrigerator's build and beautiful exterior appearance.

Grateful filtration system I have not used the crisping aspect I think it's not necessarily ergonomically friendly but it's not ergonomically unfriendly Consistent see in terms of temperature that's consistent all of my beverages are always cool accessibility I like the fact that you can easily Access like your water pitcher.

It's a nice fridge. However, we've only had it a couple of years and the drawers are breaking and Samsung does not make it easy to get replacement parts. I have searched and searched, but I am having trouble finding what I need. We've been forced to glue things together, but I doubt it will hold. IF, Samsung made it easier to replace broken parts this would be the perfect fridge. Aside from the ice clumping in the back of the tray we've hade no issues. The only thing I would change is replacement parts. Had I known that I would have bought from a different manufacturer.

Well Samsung really dropped the ball on this one!! Not even a year in and the top rated ice maker dumped pieces of plastic and foam in my ice tray!! To top it off the service center won't repair my fridge, since the pieces are "aesthetic"!! They looked great floating around!! What a joke... don't believe the hype!! Best ice maker on the market my FOOT!! Do better samsung.

Only had this refrigerator a little over a year and is already broken. Having issues with the ice maker and water dispenser. Freezer is melting items and fridge side is freezing the bottom items. Paid for a 3 yr. Coverage at Best Buy and only get the back and forth between Best Buy and Samsung for coverage. Samsung wants to charge upfront for service before they can cover anything under warranty.

It looks sharp especially paired with the other bespoke line appliances. The beverage center is a really cool touch and nice to have a bunch of water cold to pour quickly.

Nice bright interior lights and flexible/adjustable Organizational options on both sides. Easy to wipe clean, and push /twist to change the filter streamlining maintenance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is beautiful. It looks very streamlined in my kitchen. I love that you can write and draw on the glass and it just easily wipes off. You can monitor temperature and other features from your phone and the app alerts you if the door is left open. It has ample storage. If I could change one thing a cheese drawer would be great but I just use clear storage containers which are easy to get.

Zero frost buildup. The water filter is reliable and the crisping drawers keep things fresh. I got an incentive to write this, but it is a solid fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am wanting to say that this is the first time I've enjoyed such a fancy and smart type refrigerator. I totally enjoy that I can set the temperature on my refrigerator or freezer online or shut my ice maker on and off without having to be at the house. The consistency of the freezer is excellent. I like my ice cream a certain way. And it always kept right exactly at that level. The crisper drawer and fruit is excellent as it seems to me like it allows the freshness of the vegetables to last even longer. The doors are quite heavy, and so the little fingertip sensors on the side of each door is excellent as the doors automatically open themselves and then you just have to pull them open and they shut on their own also so they're ergonomically correct. I think one of the things I enjoy most about the refrigerator is the water filtration system I actually fill up a jug every other day just for my coffee maker so I have filtered water in there. Also the little jug of cold water in the door is like none other anytime I open the door I have at least I think it's at least a liter of cold water and a water jug no matter how much I pour out within one minute it's full again plus it has a little Water dispenser on the side to fill up my jugs such as my coffee jug water jugs that I don't have to have cold. It just runs filtered water into any container I want and I love it more because it's on the inside of the door not outside where it's in the way or where it can make a mess.. Another thing I like about it is a frost free freezer section and there's never any ice built-up anywhere. Also, another thing I like about it is it makes two different types of ice cubes small and normal size small ones a gold fit inside any almost any size container, neck and the large ones are like square inch square ice cubes so they last a while so I am totally happy with this freezer. I will never buy another one that's not like this again.
