It's taking a while for the water to fill up the ice and pitcher to start with but that's expected! There is a lot of space and a great use of shelf and bin design to make the most of it while having room for the pitcher and water dispenser. We are really looking forward to having two different types of ice to choose between. The auto open feature is really great and works exactly like we expected.

The size of the door shelves are perfectly sized and the racks are wide and easy to access. . Sometimes if you're not cautious while opening freezer or refrigerator your hand could get caught and jammed in between the doors.

There are a few points in the fridge if you put to much weight on a drawer/shelf the plastic may break or crack which is to be expected. Overall solid but could be made with a little better quality

It's got a sleek, modern design that goes perfect with our kitchen and we always get compliments on it when people come over. Having the cubed and crushed ice options also come in handy for different drinks, and the auto fill pitcher feature is something we didn't even know we needed til we had it. Overall, very impressed.

One thing I've really noticed is how consistently it keeps everything cold. I don't have to think twice about where I put food because the temperatures stay even, and my fruits and vegetables stay crisp a lot longer than they did in my old fridge. The water and ice have been excellent too. The filtration does a great job, and the water always tastes fresh. I also like how easy the fridge is to use every day. The shelves and door bins are well laid out, so it's simple to organize groceries and grab what I need without digging around. The finish has held up really well over time. It still looks clean and modern, and it doesn't seem to show fingerprints or everyday wear as much as I expected. After living with it for the long haul, I can honestly say it's been reliable, practical, and one of those appliances that just quietly does its job every day. PS: In terms of ergonomics, I wasn't sure how I felt about hidden door handles. Turns out I actually prefer them to thr traditional handles on my old fridge.

We are finding the new unit more functional with side by side freezer and refrigerator. Particularly like self-filling water pitcher which allows filling large water bottles quickly and dual ice maker.
