Our nieghbors do not trim their trees and have mature trees all around us. Every year a branch falls on our house during a rain storm and pulls the wire from the transformer. Therefore the electric company puts us on the secondary list to fix. This generator is perfect as our natural gas line is outside the panel in the basement. We had a gas line put in with a quick release. When we assembled it and demoed. Started right up and directions were spot on. Assembly was good and quick. I did read that there wasn't enough oil provided so have another quart on hand but there was plenty to fill.

I purchased a WGEN9500 online on 9/15/20. I was so impressed reading about the functions of the generator that I ordered a second one on 9/17/20. They were easy to assemble and push button start is just what we need as my wife and I are in our 70s and live in hurricane territory. Not looking forward to another hurricane, but it sure will be easier with the WGEN9500.

Bought this in August. Started up fine. Tried it on all three fuels and ran my household items as a test. Fast forward 11 months and wont even turn over. Doesn't matter what fuel or battery or manual. Have tried all recommended actions. I have been waiting for 8 days to get a service call back and they cant give me any idea when I will get a call. NO idea what time or what day even!

Bought this item, free shipping to my house with no problems. Comes with Every thing you need ( except of course gas ) to get started, oil, tools and others. Wheels went right in place. Filled it up with gas, hit the start button and it fired right up with no problems. No smoking, exhaust good, noise is what you would expect. Runs most of the things in the house except the air unit we have, even our well pump, would need a huge unit to handle house and air unit.

Just set up my new Westinghouse WGen9500TFc Generator and connected it to my whole house transfer switch. Best user manual I've ever received. Covers everthing. This thing runs everything I need . Will switch to synthetic after a couple of hours of operating it so it can run at 20 below zero. Bought this for the tri-fuel options it has. I'll run it on propane and natural gas will keeps me from having to deal with maintaining gasoline and the carburerator. However, if need, I can use gasoline. I really didn't see another option for a 240 volt 50 amp generator.

It's nice that it comes with the wheels as many don't. Easy setup in about 15 minutes from cutting open the box. Has the power to run most of the circuits in my house when the power is out, the important one anyway. I haven't actually had to use it yet but it ran good for my tests and started up immediately by remote. I wish it came with a cover. The registration card says you get one free by leaving a review but apparently Westinghouse didn't stock enough of them.

This Generator is going to be a life savor. I am going to use the natural gas connection to power it and be done with fighting in line to get Gas at the station. I am so happy I bought this. I use a Bi-Pap machine and without power I would not be able to sleep.

I looked at a number of other generators and for the price, the WGen9500 was the best deal and got very high ratings. Especially like the easy start button and the remote start feature. Plenty of power for the money! A well laid out and packaged unit. Easy to set up and go. Had it up and running in 15 minutes from the time I took it out of the packaging.

We bought the wgen9500 model three weeks ago. It was delivered 9 days later. The driver loaded it onto a dolley and we pushed it uphill on my driveway and into the garage, awesome service. A week later I put oil and gas in and started it up.What a beautiful sound, not loud at all. Haven`t put a load on it yet.

Was delivered on time and was real easy to set up. Love the electric start and the remote start feature. I was surprised how quiet it was for a larger generator. This is my third generator and I already like it more than my previous generators. I don't think my wife will have any problem using it.
