Bought product last month, this product is very easy to install together straight out of the box. Everything was there and the remote is nice to have multiple options to start product. Product is lighter then the smaller one we had and a lot easier to move around. Had no issues with product and started straight out of the box. Overall very happy with purchase !

Very easy to assemble. Love the remote start, but not as quick as I expected to come on and turn off with it. The feature of the USB ports is great as we are at cattle shows and sometimes need the access to charge phones. Look forward to using it at the shows as the reason we got the bigger one.

We purchased this generator as we had some remodeling done in our home and opted to include the electric setup for a generator. After MUCH reading of reviews we decided on this generator. It actually came earlier than expected, delivery by truck and didn't take long for it to be unloaded. The setup, for someone who has never dealt with this type of product was very easy. To make sure we did it correctly we watched a few unboxing type reviews on Youtube. Set and ready to go in under an hour! We had our first chance to really try the generator out recently when our area lost power for about 4 hours. We gave it a trial run and it worked just as expected...perfectly! We are in the Buffalo NY area and winters usually bring power outages with the bad snowstorms. We now have our fridge and freezer protected against spoilage. We used our lights, power cords etc during this last outage and did not have one issue. We are also glad that we have a choice with the Dual Fuel option. Thank you for making such a high quality product.

I like this generator because it comes with everything to run the generator, including wheels and spark plug wrenches, and even funnels. I first considered buying a cheaper one at a cheap tool shop, but even after the other generator's discount this Westing House one seemed cost-effectively better because I would have to buy a wheel kit and battery separately if I had bought the cheaper one. That is, it wasn't actually cheaper. Plus, the WGEN9500 comes with several wonderful features, including the remote starting functionality. One thing, the remote starter key fob was tied to the pull cord (for manual starting) when it was delivered. I couldn't find it at first because I thought I would find it in the manual packet or the accessary box. When you assemble the wheels and feet, see the attached pictures. It would be easier if you open the box from the bottom and attach one wheel and the 2 feet first. Then, stick in some pieces of lumber under the generator. This will help support the generator while you attach the other wheel without leaving scratches on the frame.

I am highly satisfied with this terrific Westinghouse 9500 generator. The features are fantastic. I tested this machine out and it lived up to the advertisement and more. I'm telling all my friends who are in the market for a generator to be sure and purchase this one!!!

I recently received this generator and am excited to lose power! It feels incredibly solid and runs a lot quieter than I would anticipate a generator of this size. The electric start had an initial hard time turning over but I was able to start it right up manually and since it starts just fine with the electric start. So far I'm very happy with this purchase.

I bought this a couple of months ago, as an upgrade to an older smaller generator. Setup was easy and quick. The instructions were clear, and easy to follow. This generator has a lot of very nice features, especially for the price! Any generator of decent capacity is fairly loud, but this one is considerably quieter that my old one, which is half the size. I can't comment on durability, but was reassured by the three year warranty. Time will tell, but I'm very satisfied with my purchase, and would recommend this product to a friend.

I bought this due to my area having a lot of outages and tired of throwing money away because of power not being restored right away (total of 8 days due to winter storm in 2018 and Just recently ISIASIA (hurricane on east coast) I bought in June and didn’t use until August. Easy to put together, super easy start up. Bring a first time user of a generator I’m really comfortable using and hooking up and shutting down. With the right gas cans easy to refuel also. Westing house did such a great job on this product and I recommend to anyone we didn’t need such a big unit now but we plan on hooking up to home in future

I bought this after Hurricane Sally left us with significant damage and no electricity for weeks. Before the next hurricane we decided a generator was a necessity and not a want. While we hope to never have another damaging storm we are relieved to know we can at the very least comfortably function with hot showers and safe food during recovery efforts.

Very easy to set up and start. Added oil,put in fuel, started up first try. Have not tried to power the appliances yet. Would have given 5stars but the staples on the box scratched the frame in shipping. (Cosmetic damage only). Missing 2bolts and a washer. Looking forward to running the generator.
