Just bought this generator and it works fantastic. Love that it has multiple options to source electricity and run (propane, gas, natural gas). Setup is a breeze and learning to use it was even easier. Not sure the remote control makes sense, but its definitely pretty cool and Westinghouse thought of everything when making this product.

I bough this wgen9500 for its power. I have had it now for a month and has performed well. Lost power for 2 weeks and was able to keep my important appliance on even my gas furnace. No issues I like watching it start on its own no need for me to do anything. I had thought I would never need one but now I know it is important to have on I really love this generator. My family was safe and warm.

Thankful to find a great tri-fuel generator at a decent price. We live in Florida and have been through several hurricanes. Going without power for a few days in the heat is not fun so having a reliable generator is a must. We have access to natural gas so this is a real plus since gasoline and LP gas are sometimes hard to find after a hurricane. Thanks Westinghouse!

After lots of research I decided to go with a Westinghouse for there great customer support and quality product. With all the different brands of generators out there its hard to find one to invest in where you can trust the product to perform when needed. Westinghouse does just that.

Bought before the winter storms come. Slight hiccup with the battery terminal but Weatinghouse has been great so far with Customer Service. Overall the machine is well built and feels very high quality. The assembly of the wheels was super simple and it comes with tools for basic maintenance. The tri-fuel option and electric/remote start were key selling points but the back-up manual crank cord is a great feature.

Bought this in preparation for hurricane season. Love the tri-fuel and battery features--has both push button and wireless remote control startup options. Set it up to run on propane--used the remote control and it started on second attempt (as expected). So far, so good.

I did this process in May but I'm glad I'm redoing it now. First time I gave an incorrect serial number, I hope all is good now. I really like the unit and the features it offers. The unit seems to be well designed and I also like the db level. I actually put this unit together for my neighbor and ended up purchasing it for myself.

I bought the WGen9500 generator to replace a 22-year old generator that I had. Installing the wheels, putting oil and gas and starting the generator took less than 45 minutes. I am so glad that I bought this generator because of the power- 9500 watts and great features, like the electric start and remote start. It can power most all the essential appliances in my house during a power outage.

Bought this to replace a pull start older generator. The push button is really nice for older adults, and the tri fuel is a very nice feature no more pouring gas. Have run it for awhile on propane and started right up .Hooked it up to my transfer switch to may sure it was working,and it was. If you want to take the Hassle out of hard starting a generator this is the one you should buy. Take the stress off, when power goes out.
