We have just used this for the first time. It's also the very first time we have ever used a generator at all, so we really weren't sure what to expect in terms of ease of use. Directions were clear and easy to follow, and the generator started right up as soon as we needed it. We love the remote for ease of use and not having to keep going outside when the power is off/on/off again like it has been today.

Don't bother giving a review for the free gift. Fine prints says while supplies last. I guess they ran out many months ago if they had any to start with. Just another gimmick to get over inflated reviews for their products. Save your effort and skip the reviews.

Arrived yesterday and uncrated today It will not start! I can see it is getting no fuel (gasoline) thru in-line filter and have attempted various methods to resolve this Have fully fueled, oil is full, fuel on/off set, fuel type set Read and reread the manual but not my first generator or gas small engine So far, not satisfied Highly recommended model and a friend purchased and has had good success

we had the power go out last week but dident have the gen. but 3 days later we picked it up. I get it home but wheels,oil gas ity started right up and runs quieter then i thought it would. never used it yet,but did try outlets and works great.we don't have to worry about power now,it has plenty.When I do use it I'll give a update

I bought this generator to replace a smaller older one I've had for 10 years. I decided on this model because of the features it comes with. Like the 50 amp and power outlet as well as having a 30 amp outlet. This generator came with remote start, a battery and battery tender. The generator also came with the required oil for the machine as well as the wheel kit! On initial start up the generator fires right up and is actually quieter than my previous unit. I'm confident this generator won't break a sweat running everything I need during our next power outage.

We purchased the 9500 Trifuel generator during the tax free storm prep week in our state after closing on our first home. We live in a hurricane-prone area and I insisted we have this on hand. Sure enough, Milton hit land and we sat in the eye for 30 minutes. Obviously, we lost power, but this generator came through like a champ! Easy to unpack and assemble, and I was able to brush up on how to use it in the days leading up to the storm. This unit powered three refrigerators, various kitchen appliances, lights, a fan, and we still had more capacity. I intend on doing a hard-wire hookup to our electrical panel so we can use this beast to power the whole house next time. Love the flexibility with fuel sources, the remote start, BOTH kinds of 240 amp plugs... this unit has it all! Saved us a heap of headache.

I bought 9500 generator for back up as our power has been failing frequently. The generator came quicker than I was told. Assembly was very easy and straightforward. After adding oil and gas it fired right up, I couldn't expect anymore. Very happy with purchase and hoping it holds up

I purchased this generator on June 01, 2020 and recieved it on June 05, 2020. Incredibly fast service. We purchased this generator after reviewing several models by multiple competitors. The WGen9500 fit our needs. Iwill update my review when I actually use it.

This is a very good option for home home backup. It runs everything on my transfer switch, which keeps the house functioning during a power outage. Keep in mind that to truly exploit the wattage output you need to be using a 30 amp or 50 amp connection. I have heard people say that this will not run much more than a refrigerator, but that is simply not true. When paired with a transfer switch, this generator can run all that you need to get through a power outage. Wish it was a little quieter, but I lover all very good.
