I purchased about a month ago because of the multiple fuel (gas, propane, natural gas), outlets (20, 30, 50 amps) and start options (pull cord, switch, key fob). Easy assembly and started right up. I hope I never need to use it but a great option to have!

We did not open the generator for several months after we bought it until we actually needed it. We had a small broken piece on the propane quick connect. Support answered the phone right away and was exceptionally helpful!! We are very pleased with our generator thus far!

Purchased just before Hurricane Beryl hit Houston. Fortunately my power came on just as I received it. But I’ve assembled and tested it and I’m very pleased and relieved that I’m prepared for the next outage. Hooked up to outdoor bbq natgas outlet for uninterrupted power. Great product. Will run most everything in my house including a window AC purchased for this purpose.

I just received this and it was an absolute breeze to set up. Had it and running in less than 15 minutes and powering several items in my garage. So relieved to have this as we just moved house and have lost power once already so I know this will be getting some good use.

I bought this a couple weeks ago. I took it out of the box and assembled the few things that needed to be put on. It is a very nice generator. It started great. I used the key fob that came with it and it started right up. I'm so glad that after reading the reviews I made this purchase. (WGen9500)

We just recieved our generator this morning with only a couple days waiting for delivery, although the box arrived damaged ...Un-boxing the unit was a breeze and everything is well marked ..Assembly was a snap....put oil and fuel in the unit and it started right up ....Cant wait for the next power outage because we have it covered.

Generator came in two days with no damages. I did not expect it to come with a battery but it did. Even the key fob was paired with the generator. Nice to see that it has a port for charging the battery when stored. Even came with a charger. I charged the battery, added oil and gas and it fired right up. We are on a well so if we loose power we don't have any water. That was the main reason for purchasing a generator. Nice to know that we will always have water and plenty of power.

Very well built and designed. Sturdy. Easy to start with the electric button. It took a little while to figure out where the fuel cut off switch was located. I didn't see it diagrammed on the manual. It need to be open for the machine to run on gas. Other than that no problems. It's a small house but but there is a well pump, AC, washer, dryer... frig.... It can handle it. Maybe don't use the dryer with the AC on. And stop the frig for a few minutes. For the price.... a whole house generator... super... Built a 5x5x5 wooden shelter for it from pallet wood and some scrap metal roofing. With cover from Westinghouse it should be fine. Leaving the end where the exhaust comes out open when it's running. It gets hot air coming out. It's rural here and we get hurricanes every year. Sometimes more than one and the utility company is down. No electric means no water too, since it is a well pump. This generator is going to make life a little easier during that difficult weather.

I JUST GOT THIS 3 DAYS AGO AND SO FAR I LIKE BETTER THAN THE LAST ONE I HAD. IT WAS A DUROMAX 9500. THERE WAS SOME PARTS MISSING AND I COULD NOT GET ANY RESULTS FROM THEM TO FIX IT SO I SENT IT BACK. THIS ONE SEEMS TO BE BUILT BETTER AND COMES WITH EVERTHING YOU NEED. I STARTED IT UP ON LP GAS AND CHECKED ALL OF THE CIRCUITS ON IT AND I AM PLEASED AT THE WAY THEY ALL WORK. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS WESTINGHOUSE GENERATOR.

I bought this generator through amazon Oct, of 2020. Was only used when power to our house would go out, so I have less than 20 hours on it. Generator started running bad found the inside carb stud was broken in half with the threaded part still in the head. Called Westinghouseabout the 3 year warranty wont cover the work. My opinion bad workmanship por quality of parts.
