I bought back in February 2026 and I never needed to use it. Now we are in August 11 2026 storms have taken out our electricity I'm using and it works perfectly. Put the required oil in and hooked up a propane tank. Flipped the battery switch and pressed the remote start and first crank. Runs like a champ and need to get the 50 amp hook up ready for whole house power. Best Buy ever. Definitely would recommend.

Packaging was perfect, easy to install wheel kit and move into place. Detailed instructions make it easy to prepare for use and operate. I like the preventive maintenance schedule as well, and happy to read the generator timer will provide me maintenance reminders. Is it safe to say I look forward to the next power outage.......

I bought this generator a month ago to replace a smaller generator that we own. It seems like the electric goes off more often than it use to and a little over a year ago a tornado went through about a mile and a half from us and we were without power for approximately 10 hours. I am glad to know I can have a peace of mind with this generator that has three powering options. Happy with our purchase 😀

I bought this a couple days after we lost power due to major storms. Fairly easy setup to get going. Worked great for the couple days we needed it after purchase. After about 50 hours of pretty much continuous run time it stopped unexpectedly. Got it going then 3 hours later it stopped again. Gas was full so I expect it already needed an oil change and/or air filter change as required after 50 hrs. Will do that and I'll be ready for the next storm. Overall happy with the generator!

I purchased this during the five days we were without power, and it was an absolute lifesaver! It worked great and made a very stressful situation much easier. I was so thankful to have it during the outage. Definitely a great purchase and something I’m glad to have on hand for any future power outages.

I purchased this product shortly after a severe storm. It was easy to assemble and I appreciated the tri-fuel option the most. Lines were long at the gas stations so I opted to connect the generator to natural gas. Worked seamlessly. This is the first generator I have ever purchased and have no regrets. The online reviews influenced my decision to go with Westinghouse over Generac or DuroMax.

Works great.... The remote start feature was one of the main reasons for my purchase because my wife could start it easily if I'm not home. I must add this thing is a powerhouse. It has handled everything that I have plugged into it. highly recommend if you're looking for something to power everything.

We just purchased this generator, so the only thing that we have done and put it together and did a trial run to see how to use it when we do need it. this is going to be so much easier to use rather than the other one that is old and only a pull start. hopefully we won't need to use it anytime soon. thank you

This unit quit giving power through the extension cord after just a half hour of 1st use. i had pugged in a second item into the power strip and everything turned off. I've tested the extension cord and power strip with power from my house now that I got my power back and everything works perfectly. I attempted to test to see if the generator would work but it still is not providing power to the extension cord.

Easy set up and more than enough power to keep the whole house running an emergency emergencies to try fuel gives you a piece of mind if things are really bad
