Very comfortable, thick cushions.

We have had this set for a few months. I love the look. I absolutely love the deepnest of the chairs n couch. The cushions are super cheap. My last set lasted 10 years of hot desert sun. These are made very cheaply. They are staining from the sun and a couple leaves. Also the rockers are noisy and they don’t stay facing the set. I would never buy again.

I bought this for the summer and overall great but the faux wood finish wipes right off leaving the arm chairs a discolored gray.

I love the way this set looks and it is very comfortable but after using it for less than three months on a covered and screened patio, the cushions are already starting to break down and the fabric is pilling. The two chairs will not stop spinning and are turned backwards when not in use. I’m disappointed because I really wanted this to be something we could enjoy for years to come.

I bought this set because the set I previously bought from Sam’s gave all it could after… 18 years of sitting out in my patio! I have no doubt this set has a lot of life in it as well. It’s a beautiful set, and the craftsmanship is superb. The cushions are very thick but soft. The materials itself are that of high quality. My guests have complimented on what a nice patio furniture set this is!

I bought this set last year and love the appearance, the comfort and durability. It looks as good now as when I purchased. The supplied covers are very nice and keep the furniture looking great.

Good set for the price, but not exactly easy to assemble with only one person. Coffee table holes for screws do not line up no matter what I do but that's not your fault. I made do. I very much like the set overall. Looks nice, very comfortable, and the included furniture covers are a great bonus.

I purchased this set over a month ago and have been trying to get help but Sams customer service is no help at all and for the past month they keep telling me someone will return my call. The frame on the couch is bent so and the wicker is warped. The chair handle is warped, so no one can sit on either of these items and getting a refund has been out of reach because customer service is incompetent. My refund is in limbo and I am stuck with a defective product. If I could give this product no stars and still write a comment I would.

Just finished assembling this set. Easy to follow setup instructions and parts were all nicely labeled. Took about one hour to unbox and assemble. Set is comfortable and looks great. I didn’t realize it comes with covers which was a great surprise since I was planning to buy covers for storage over the winter. Very pleased so far. True test is how it will handle direct uv exposure. That’s what did in the last set!
