Love the set, I bought 2 of them. Very comfortable and attractive. Takes care of all my needs plus. Would have given it a perfect score except for the dilivery, which was less then expectted. Two of my guests would like to order it also.

the set looks great, but it was a real hassle getting details on the Allstate 5 yr protection plan. instore customer service gave me a flyer but no actual help. I spent a few hours online with Allstate and they finally got it squared away.

We almost refused the shipment because the box was crushed, had holes in it and was retaped. There was no white glove option for delivery, so the delivery man would only put it in the driveway or in the garage. It all came in one box and to our surprise, we only had minor damage. One of the swivel chairs had a broken rattan strip and some white stuff on the arm. We followed the instructions for assembling the sofa and the table and they are very sturdy. All in all, we have been enjoying the set and have had compliments on it.

We love the set itself, its stylish and comfortable! The box it came in was the size of a small car and looked like it had been through several beatings. We watched the delivery company literally let it fall to the ground off the back of the truck. When we opened it to our surprise there was limited damage. A bent couch brace, but most noticeable was the fact that some of the paint on the arms had worn off (which was a complaint by others). The chairs come fully assembled but one of the swivel chairs does not stay where you put it, it spins sideways. I called customer service, and they were very easy to work with....5 star!

We have had this set for a few months. I love the look. I absolutely love the deepnest of the chairs n couch. The cushions are super cheap. My last set lasted 10 years of hot desert sun. These are made very cheaply. They are staining from the sun and a couple leaves. Also the rockers are noisy and they don’t stay facing the set. I would never buy again.

I bought this for the summer and overall great but the faux wood finish wipes right off leaving the arm chairs a discolored gray.

Beautiful, sturdy and a great price. Looks wonderful in sunroom and comfortable to sit on. Only issue is tiny scratch on arm of one chair. Was hoping for manufacturer to send a matching paint pen?? Can that happen?? Thanks

I love the way this set looks and it is very comfortable but after using it for less than three months on a covered and screened patio, the cushions are already starting to break down and the fabric is pilling. The two chairs will not stop spinning and are turned backwards when not in use. I’m disappointed because I really wanted this to be something we could enjoy for years to come.

I bought this set because the set I previously bought from Sam’s gave all it could after… 18 years of sitting out in my patio! I have no doubt this set has a lot of life in it as well. It’s a beautiful set, and the craftsmanship is superb. The cushions are very thick but soft. The materials itself are that of high quality. My guests have complimented on what a nice patio furniture set this is!

We had to replace a chair and bottom of coffee table but when all said and done super comfortable and receive alot of great compliments from friend
