This furniture is comfortable, stylish and the perfect addition to our outdoor living space. There was minimal assembly and it comes with waterproof covers.

Good material and construction. Easy assembly. Had a "critical" issue with unit, Sam's Club and manufacturer addressed IMMEDIATELY ... professional, courteous and very timely. Great set. Would highly recommend this set for cost and value. Customer service is/was FANTASTIC!

Do not be moved by some of the unfavorable reviews of this patio set. Any and all issues were 100 percent user error. We absolutely love this patio set. It was really not that difficult to put together and the screws and bolts were labeled and individually packaged. That is something that I have never had done for me before. Be careful that you note the position of the table legs. They are marked and the holes for the wicker top will not align if the are in the wrong spot. Other than that it was super easy to construct.The furniture is well made and is very comfortable. I didn't expect to love the table as much as we do. Great to have when you want to kick up your feet. 10 out of 10 stars for us!

the set looks great, but it was a real hassle getting details on the Allstate 5 yr protection plan. instore customer service gave me a flyer but no actual help. I spent a few hours online with Allstate and they finally got it squared away.

Furniture was received a week early. The set was easy to put together. There were some “spots” or “anomalies” on the arm rests. It was not damage but manufacturing finish flaw. Nothing that I would return the product for. Manufacturer did send touch up pens but I have not attempted to fix. Even with minor flaws we love the set. Comfortable and receive many compliments on the set. Would buy again.

Cushions are great--firm, thick and I think they will hold up well. Yes a few small scratches on the wood look metal arms, but easily cleaned up with furniture markers, does not affect the function, and definitely not worth returning the set over. Perfect for our screened patio. Chair covers not the highest quality but will work just fine! If I am going to complain about anything its that Sam's club uses AIT to ship. AIT is the WORST...poor communications, don't really have a handle on where your merchandise is at any given time. Took almost 3 weeks. However, local delivery company TCA was outstanding. As other customer mentioned, pay attention to directions for assembling the coffee table. Each leg belongs in a specific spot and DO NOT tighten them down until you get the lower shelf on...my own mistake of tightening the legs down before the lower shelf was put on made the assembly take longer than it should have.

For as much as I paid for this, I expected higher quality. The first set I purchased was in horrible condition. Each chair and the couch and the coffee table were all scratched and missing paint in multiple areas. After a huge hassle of loading it all back up and dealing with less than helpful store employees, we exchanged the first set for a second set. Unfortunately, it is not in much better shape. So incredibly frustrating!! (Tried to add photos but conveniently I keep getting an error message)

The seating I got was not at all of any quality and had assembly required that was not noted

Hundreds of bleached spots on the wicker but more importantly are ALL the armrests have severe scratches and chipping.
