Good material and construction. Easy assembly. Had a "critical" issue with unit, Sam's Club and  manufacturer addressed IMMEDIATELY ... professional, courteous and very timely. Great set. Would highly recommend this set for cost and value. Customer service is/was FANTASTIC!

Cost, Quality and Service - What a deal!

the set looks great, but it was a real hassle getting details on the Allstate 5 yr protection plan.  instore customer service gave me a flyer but no actual help.  I spent a few hours online with Allstate and they finally got it squared away.

New purchase

This patio set completed the look of our porch! We saw it in the store on display and fell in love. We were able to pick it up at the store and take it home in a truck. Great set and love the furniture covers included.

Great set! Nice looking and comfortable.

Furniture was received a week early. The set was easy to put together. There were some “spots” or “anomalies” on the arm rests. It was not damage but manufacturing finish flaw. Nothing that I would return the product for. Manufacturer did send touch up pens but I have not attempted to fix. Even with minor flaws we love the set. Comfortable and receive many compliments on the set. Would buy again.

Love the set, I bought 2 of them. Very comfortable and attractive. Takes care of all my needs plus. Would have given it a perfect score except for the dilivery, which was less then expectted. Two of my guests would like to order it also.

We love the set itself, its stylish and comfortable!  The box it came in was the size of a small car and looked like it had been through several beatings. We watched the delivery company literally let it fall to the ground off the back of the truck.  When we opened it to our surprise there was limited damage.  A bent couch brace, but most noticeable was the fact that some of the paint on the arms had worn off (which was a complaint by others).  The chairs come fully assembled but one of the swivel chairs does not stay where you put it, it spins sideways.  I called customer service, and they were very easy to work with....5 star!

Hundreds of bleached spots on the wicker but more importantly are ALL the armrests have severe scratches and chipping.
