Good vacuum sealer, only a slight learning curve after having an original Tilla sealer for 30 years.

This came with vague set-up instructions. After I resorted to YouTube videos, the machine ran great!

Wow this Foodsaver is GREAT. I have one that is 20+ years old. This one is so much better. Much Quieter, cutter on top fits the rolls in it. just squeeze the sides to operate.

Great for totally preventing freezer burn, superior to ziplock freezer bags any day!!!! This is our second food saver. Bag cutter is built into the machine under the lid.

If you are sealing with the "make your own" bag, it works fine, but if you are using the hose attachment, it doesn't work at all. Customer service is non-existent. I submitted a question and pictures on their website using the Chat feature, and never heard back a week later. Calling the customer service number only gives pre-recorded options. There appears to be no live customer support, so I will be returning this to the Sam's in Kingston, where I bought it.

Overall I like the Food saver but there’s a few things that should be included in the package such as the accessory for the reusable bags. It’s sad that you can’t even purchase them in the store, you have to go to the actual Food Saver store online. Sometimes it doesn’t seal and it’s frustrating!

Perfect little unit for small family. We use it when buying things in bulk, we can separate into smaller portions, vacuum seal and freeze. Instructions could be better written, it took a minute to figure out exact placement of the bags, but after that it’s been great

It does a great job of all, but even packs juicy meat well, I really like the automatic feature
