[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not too fond of the paint thinner scent but I did use it for towels and other things. It’s a regular detergent. Everything felt soft when using. I’d recommend for non urgent items. Not for bay clothing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of this product. It is accepted by the Eczema Association and Psoriasis Foundation. It has no smell, is a thick liquid and has no dyes in it. My opinion is out of all these types of products to wash my clothes with, Tide Free and Gentle is the best. I never had to do a 2nd rinse with my laundry, especially my towels and sheets. They came out soft and did not make me itch. I love the measuring cap on top because it shows how much detergent to use based on the load of laundry in your washer. This was a big added bonus for me. And with the thicker liquid I did not use as much detergent. Also the side of the bottle reflects how much liquid detergent is left in the container. This will be my free and gentle laundry detergent going forward , and if you have anyone that is sensitive to perfumes, dyes, and residue left on their clothes from detergents, I suggest you try Tide Free and Gentle. You will not be disappointed.

I've been using it now for over two weeks and I'm super happy with it. It cleans well in both warm and cold water and it doesn't leave any residue on the clothes. I appreciate that it's fragrance free so it doesn't irritate my son's sensitive skin.

The clothes do not have any leftover funk after using the detergent alone despite being completely fragrance free. Because it is a fragrance/scent free product I’d recommend adding fabric softener/scent boosters to your load or a scented dryer sheet after for an extra boost of freshness if that’s what you like!

This still removed stains and kept my clothes nice and clean even without the dye and added fragrance. Love this stuff!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tide Free & Gentle Detergent is a game changer. There are no artificial colors or fragrances added to the laundry detergent. It does the one thing laundry detergent is supposed to do and that’s to clean fabrics. Nothing else required. It won’t irritate allergies and didn’t make me sneeze and I sneeze a lot! Straight soap means it cleans without leaving irritants behind. My clothes, sheets and towels didn’t make me itch. Take care when pouring because sometimes the clear liquid can be hard to see and measure in poor light. The jug is easy to hold and pour and residue in the measuring cap flows back into the jug. A little goes a long way for HE washing.

My kids are very sensitive to detergent, and this laundry detergent was perfect. It not cause any reaction to their skin. I would say it washes the clothes fairly well. The only thing is it did not completely remove all of the stains but does a decent job on removing most of it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Tide Free & Gentle detergent for a full load of laundry. The cap seemed to ‘pop’ when I unscrewed it. I poured in the detergent to the ‘5’ line since the directions said to for a full load. I poured it into my washing machine compartment and it was too much. I think the directions were inaccurate. My clothes came out clean and there was no heavy perfume scent. All stains were gone. The clothes were soft and gentle on skin. The detergent definitely cleaned the clothes. My only issue was the directions of how much detergent to use.
