Hi guys, recently the 92 oz/ 64 load bottle appears to have been replaced with an 84 oz/ still 64 load bottle, but the measuring cap seems to be unchanged. This seems to be a bit deceptive to me, although the new detergent appears to be slightly more dense/viscous (when combined with some of the old detergent, there's a clear separation of phases). If the new formula is more concentrated, shouldn't the measuring cap reflect that?

I have always loved the free and gentle detergents; living with someone who has skin problems this is the best to use. It’s limited ingredients don’t upset people with sensitive skin or eczema or most other skin issues that have flare ups from heavy perfumes detergents.

I have been using Tide Free and Clear for decades. Over the past 6 months I’ve noticed an unpleasant peanut butter type odor and the color is yellow and it seems thicker. It still seems to wash OK, but the odor is very off-putting and I will probably switch brands.

I've never had an allergic reaction to detergent. I've lived in multiple countries and used multiple detergents, although the Tide brand has always been a staple. I've been using Free and Gentle for 4 months. I didnt connect the rash that started occuring on my back every day with "free and gentle" because I had a lot of Trust in Tide. But I cut the detergent out and rewashed all my clothes and the rash vanished. Some ingredient needs to be investigated by Tide, because based on other reviews, my issue is not unique.

I live in western North Carolina in the U.S.A. If you live in USA you know what we here in WNC have gone through as a result of Hurricane Helene September 27,2024. We git the high winds , gusts going to almost 100 gust winds, flooding in many places at 11 feet in some areas. Trees have literally been totally uprooted and thrown many feet away . Go to You Tube and see for yourselves. So because of the horrendous floods all over, that came from the French Broad River, I live just south of Asheville, NC . our water plants, some of which destroyed beyond repair because of the raging water that came over them. Our lical one in .Fletcher, NC was able to be repaired and in record time. So I donot know yet ,f p

Please ..please bring back the large container. I loved the easy to use spigot. The small bottle does not last as long plus it isn't as convenient as the larger container. I find that my skin is very dry and itchy after I launder my clothes. I have to rinse x 3 and occasionally 4 times. My sons have eczema really bad and the old Tide was GREAT so please consider bringing it back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Tide over the years but never tried the Tide Free and Gentle. I enjoy the traditional Tide smell and will probably stick with that for my personal clothing. I don't think I got 25 loads out of the bottle but pretty close and the clothes were clean.

I have been using Tide Free ever since we discovered that my first son has atopic dermatitis or excema. He has allergic reactions to just about any sort of soap and perfum. His skin used to itch so intensely that I literally spent hours every day pulling his hands away from itchy areas and teaching him that it was best not to scratch, because it did cause skin infections. After changing a few parts of his routine such as diet, skin ointment, hydration, and of course using no fragrances or dyes on his clothes we really got a hold on his skin condition. I hope and pray he grows out of it, but if not at least he will learn throughout his child hood how to take care of sensitive skin!

I opened a new container of the Tide Free and Gentle but the detergent was a brown color and also had a weird chemical smell to it. I shook the bottle to see if the color would change but it did not and I am afraid to wash my clothes with it. I have NEVER had this to happen in all the years I have been washing clothes. Would not recommend this product.

Tide Clear and free HE sud galore up my whole washing machine I wouldn’t recommend it for anybody. They did something very bad to formula just recently I had some Clorox color clothes HE no suds clean perfect clothes. I went out and purchased a big bottle of all HE clear and free wash clothes perfectly no suds only clean perfect clothes smelling good Beware, I spent four hours on two loads of suds to clean out my washing machine realizing their product has a defect, majorly suds up your washing machine, machine, and clothes
