When I started taking benefiber I no longer had daily bowel movements and I did know why.

It's a fine product and dissolves quickly. It is what it is. I took two stars off for the container design. Because it tapers at the top, you can't put your hand in there when the powder level gets lower so it makes it difficult to scoop out. Other brands have the same width container all the way, so not sure why they make the top so narrow. I doubt they'll change it since it's probably part of their brand, but I'll be getting another brand and pay more attention to the container shape next time. I poured the whole thing into a tupperware to make it easier to scoop out.

I was hoping for results within the first week.

I didn't realize it works; by giving soft fiber bulk when you have to treat your intestine with kindness. Mine by prescription.

Love this. Benefiber is very gentle and not hard like other brand. I add one teaspoon to my morning coffee

I use this every day in my coffee or tea. It dissolves completely and is tasteless. Easy way to add needed fiber to my diet. I recommend it.
