It's a fine product and dissolves quickly. It is what it is. I took two stars off for the container design. Because it tapers at the top, you can't put your hand in there when the powder level gets lower so it makes it difficult to scoop out. Other brands have the same width container all the way, so not sure why they make the top so narrow. I doubt they'll change it since it's probably part of their brand, but I'll be getting another brand and pay more attention to the container shape next time. I poured the whole thing into a tupperware to make it easier to scoop out.

wasnt sure how this is sourced, turns out to be sourced from wheat (the ingredient is wheat dextrin). we have wheat allergies at home so we cannot use it.
