I love the product for what it does for me personally. However, the packaging is all off. Why do you create a small funnel at the top to prevent a person from getting the last ounces out of the package. I resorted to emptying the package into a competitor's bottle that is more open and easier to use.

Excellent product and have used it for many years. A spoonful in the coffee and the only thing you notice is you're doing your business more efficiently on your throne!

This is a larger sized container than what is typically found in stores and even at major online sellers, and although it is usually comparably priced, on sale it's even better. It offers an easy way to add fiber to your diet, too. I add it to my coffee and I'm good to "go,"

I see a Gastroenterologist on a regular basis for some serious issues. He had prescribed polyethylene glycol which has some side effects. Due to a move to another town, I had to change doctors. After a number of different procedures and tests the new doctor prescribed also taking the Benefiber because not only would it counteract some of the side effects of the polyethylene glycol, it would also add probiotics to my system without my eating dairy products to which I am allergic. It has taken a few months of trial and error to get just the right combo of both meds but I am so much better, it was well worth it. Sam's runs the Benefiber with "Instant Savings" regularly and it really helps my budget.

This was recommended by Midwives when I was pregnant, and I have stuck with it throughout the years now. It does not have lead in it like some if the other things that help you go. It is dissolves well in hot or cold beverages. It is tasteless where you could drink it in water or tea, but I love it in my daily iced Matcha. And it helps your intake count for soluble LDL lowering fiber. This package I purchased here was the most cost effective way to purchase.

I love that this fiber dissolves completely when mixed with water and it has no bad taste whatsoever. Love it!

This is by far the easiest and best way to get some extra fiber in your diet. I mix it in my coffee or just a small glass of water. No taste, no texture, no smell!

I switched from Metamucil but I think I got better results with Metamucil and am thinking of switching back. What I like about Benefiber is you can dissolve it in a glass of water, add it to you cup of tea or coffee and even just sprinkle it on your food. There's no taste and it doesn't congeal the way Metamucil does. But for some reason, it doesn't seem to work as good for me. I've been taking it for 2 weeks now and will give it another week or two to see if it gets better. I'm sure this works great for others.
