I wish I had found this years ago. This is the best thing I’ve ever taken. I have taken just psyllium capsules for a long time. And they don’t work near as well as this stuff. I can’t believe the difference. Psyllium always made me feel a little bloated and never moved as quickly as this does. I take 2 to 3 teaspoons twice a day in water and everything has just been hunky-dory. Pooping every day. Nice bulky smooth poops. No painful, moaning or groaning, and feeling it move through my system. I would recommend this to anyone. However, I do know that things don’t always work the same for everyone this is definitely worth the try. Definitely worth the money. This is the best deal that you can find for this huge container. You pay much more or the same for smaller containers on the other place. You know what I’m talking about.
