Since this is something I have to take everyday, it is great that I can get it at Sams Club at the best price I have found.

I use it daily . works great to keep me moving. great deal. I keep a smaller container of Benefiber by my coffee pot and refill it from the big jar as needed

I've had several surgeries on my intestines so I have a difficult time using the bathroom so my DR. Recommended using this product and it's made a world of difference. I love that it comes in a bulk size at Sam's Club at the same price as the small container at other retailers.
