A little in your coffee everyday, keeps constipation away! No seriously, it does help. It has no taste and is sugar free and dissolves quickly no lumps

This is by far the easiest and best way to get some extra fiber in your diet. I mix it in my coffee or just a small glass of water. No taste, no texture, no smell!

Benefiber has been my "fiber" supplement for over 10 years (possibly 20) and I usually buy it at Sam's Club because of the larger size and the price. If your doctor puts you on a fiber supplement I would recommend Benefiber.

I love this benefiber. Works great. And, it is tasteless. I put it in my coffee in the mornings.

It mixes quickly and doesn't have any taste. It has helped me stay regular!

Great in my morning coffee!

Doesn’t taste at all. Put it in my smoothie. Helps!

Dissolves quickly with no added flavor. Stir into your oatmeal or coffee. No aftertaste.

Really appreciate the periodic sale on this excellent product!!! Thank you.

Finally back to normal
