We are really sorry to hear you had this experience with our Tide PODS Laundry Detergent Pacs, Spring Meadow, Deborah. It must upsetting that the PODS melted on the package. We appreciate you providing us with this feedback, but this is definitely not the type of experience we want you to go through. The PODS are designed to dissolve in water, so it is important to keep it dry to prevent damage. To ensure product integrity: Keep the package sealed when not in use. Handle the product with dry hands. Store it in a dry, room-temperature, low-humidity environment. Do not use the product if any of its liquid chambers are leaking or have burst.
