I have used these pods for years, and I always made sure to get the Spring Meadow scent because it always smelled great. The new scent that is now marketed as Spring Meadow is simply awful. Putrid does not even begin to describe it. I loathe having to wash my clothes now because it starts the disgusting scent cycle all over again. But because I spent so much money to buy the pods, I am hesitant to just throw them in the garbage. That said, I am not sure how much longer I can stand to use this product. My guess is they will end up in the garbage can because I cannot in good conscience give these away to my worst enemy (let alone a friend or family member).

If I could give zero stars I would! Why change the formula when nothing was wrong. I was always told ‘If it’s not broken don’t fix it’. Will be throwing the entire container of the Spring Meadow pods away after only using one. The new formula smells horrible! So disappointed I have to find a new laundry soap. Please change the formula back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time using a pod product. I have not had luck with powered detergent and usually use a liquid one. It can be a bit messy, not to mention trying to pour from a full bottle can be difficult. These were easy to use! They worked well in both warm and cold loads. It definitely helped with stains and and my white loads were clean. Love the scent!! I was expecting a mild to minimal scent, so this was a nice surprise! Can't wait to try the other scents. These will be great to keep in the RV.

I have been using Spring Meadow for several years and my whole family enjoys the scent on our clothes, however the current batch of pods (says Spring Meadow on the containers) smell more like the original scent once the clothes are washed, which I hate the smell of the original scent. I currently have two large containers of pods and I don’t want to use them because of how they are making our clothes smell. What’s going on? If the scent isn’t corrected, I will be looking for something I like, which may mean switching brands. I hope I don’t have to do that.

I liked the way the bag is made so it is harder for a child to be able to open. I also love the way these pods make my clothes smell and they leave my clothes smelling fresh for days.

I love that u only need 1 small pod to clean a whole load of laundry. I really think tide is the best detergent. There are no stains and all my clothes smell great. It sort of a mid range price point and worth every penny. I tried switching to a less expensive detergent but in the long run it costs more.

My wife and I thought something was wrong with our washing machine. Our clothes kept having a fish like odor, like the fish oil we put on our dogs food. We thought there may have been a spill or contamination that got into the washing machine, so we tried a different load in our downstairs washing machine and the same odor! After some Google searching and reading other reviews it is the tide pods that smell! We switched to a different brand detergent and all is better. How could this pass quality assurance?
