I love these I usually use 2 in the washer since I have large lots of clothes. I live in an apartment with a shared laundry room everyone comments on how nice the apartment smells when I am washing clothes love the smell of my clothes and so does everyone else.

Considering the hype, promises, visual presentation and the cost, one might expect to figure out how many pods are needed, wash their clothes once and be done. So simple, right? My experience is opposite. If I don’t catch a stain beforehand and pretreat it with a totally different product, I will have to launder the item twice, having pretreated the second time. So, it doesn’t do a great job. If it can’t get out fresh stains, I wonder just how clean the clothes are after they are washed. Any fragrances could be a cover-up.

Love it when these Pods have an additional discount as everyone probably knows every little discount helps. I love Tide Pods as I hate pretreating my Husband’s clothes. With the Pods, I just drop them in prior to placing his clothes in the washer and I don’t have to waste my valuable time pretreating his clothes with some other product. Someone told me that they thought the Pods were too expensive and I told them the fact I didn’t have to pretreat was worth it to me so that didn’t make them too expensive in my mind.

Tide is the only detergent I use. I’ve tried others, but stains are not completely removed. I need to be sure my detergent is going to clean my clothes the first time I wash them. I’m busy and don’t have time to verify what I I know to be true. They’re clean and ready to be put on a hanger!

Specifically, the “Spring Meadows” Tide Pods smelled terrible. They left my clothes smelling like Mildew, or some sort of dirt smell. Afterwards, I noticed the Pods themselves had this smell as well. Even when trying to mask the smell with Downy fabric softener, the scent was very strong and unpleasant.

My Husband and I host families visiting Reno, through the Airbnb platform. Our space includes 2 Queen beds and a set of bunk beds. Each bed used, results in 4 loads of laundry - mattress pad, sheets, blankets, bedspread and pillow covers. Using Tide in conjunction with Lysol laundry sanitizer and bleach pods gives me the confidence that our home is clean, cozy and a place where I would want to stay. Sam’s Club pricing makes it affordable!

Our laundry has a strong chemical smell after using these pods. We didn’t know what was causing the smell initially, but after rewashing our laundry with a different detergent and then using these pods later on new laundry and reading other reviews, it’s clear this is caused by the pods. We are wasting money on pods, time and money on the re-washes. We have been lifelong Tide customers, very disappointing.

I have been a byer of Tide for more years than you would believe. I have been using this product for more than 50 years awent to the pods in2011. I love the cleanest it performs on my clothes. Most of all I love the smell of my clothes. it is at great price for the quantity.

Disappointed in the Tide Pods. Decided to give a more expensive brand a try and will not be buying them again. I have never had a pod not fully dissolve until now. Opened my washer to find a gooey mess stuck inside that I had to pull out by hand. There is also a sticky film on the inside of the door that was never there before. I love using pods and will be going back to my old brand going forward.

I usually use the Original Scent Tide, which i love. On a whim, I got the Spring Meadow scent and was immediately blown away by the stench of what I describe smells like rancid raw oysters with undertones of sweet chemical gag. It's not my machine, as the stench came directly from the container. I've never felt literal nausea from the scent of detergent, but...yikes.
