It must upsetting that the scent was not as powerful as you&#39;d like it to be.<br /><br />We understand that scent is very subjective, but this is not the type of experience we want you to go through.<br /><br />Incorrect dosage could be the cause of too little scent remaining after the wash. Also, fabric softener this can also affect the scent left on the clothes after the wash.<br /><br />Please always make sure you&#39;re using the correct amount of PODS compared to load size/dirt levels.<br /><br />Also, the fragrance may fade if the container has been opened for a long time, or if the container has been stored at high temperatures.  <br /><br />We recommend you use the product within a year, and to store it in a dry room at room temperature.<br /><br />Please contact us at (800) 879-8433 so we can hear more about this situation. Your Tide PODS™ not fully dissolving may be a result of overloading your washer. We recommend adding the pods to the back of the washer before any clothes, and not overloading your washer to ensure the pods have enough room to move around and dissolve.The best way to restore your clothes, is to soak them overnight in warm water, and then re-wash your clothes with no detergent.
