Please rest assured that the PODS are safe to use, even if they appear to have more powder than usual. This is not indicative of a defect, and there is nothing wrong with the product. You can continue to use them as normal.<br /><br />The powder you are seeing is called zeolite, which is sometimes used to assist with the packing process. We would like to investigate this further to better understand your description. If possible, please save the empty bag and one of the pods that has a lot of powder on it. Hello Dear Consumer. We hope you&#39;re doing great. We’re sorry you’re not getting the experience you were expecting from Tide. Please know that we have many quality checks in place to make sure your product is in great condition for you. Detergents do not need to produce a lot of suds to clean effectively. If your clothes are getting clean, the suds aren’t important. A lack of suds can also be caused by:<br />using cold, rather than warm or hot, water<br />not using enough detergent for very dirty items<br />hard water<br />the washer not stirring the water up enough<br />overloading the washer. <br />We hope this information might be helpful, if you still experience the issue please give us a call at (800) 879-8433.
