It’s understandable to feel frustrated when the product doesn’t perform as expected, especially when you’ve had a positive experience in the past.<br /><br />The issue of PODS sticking together can occur if they are exposed to moisture at any point, which can cause them to melt or clump together. The design of the PODS is such that they are meant to dissolve upon contact with water, but if they come into contact with moisture before use, it can lead to the problems you’re experiencing.<br /><br />To help prevent this from happening in the future, we recommend the following:<br /><br />- Keep the package tightly closed between uses to avoid moisture exposure.<br />- Ensure your hands are dry when handling the PODS.<br />- Store the product in a dry area at room temperature with low humidity.<br /><br />If you find that the PODS are stuck together, we advise against pulling them apart, as this could cause them to tear or burst. <br /><br />We take product quality very seriously and would like to look into your experience further.
