This can sometimes be a result of overloading your washer. We recommend not to overload your washer to allow enough room for the PODS™ to move around and dissolve. <br /><br />To remove the residue from your clothes, soak your garments in water overnight. Then re-wash your clothes at the highest temperature permitted by the care label with no detergent. Please rest assured that the PODS are safe to use, even if they appear to have more powder than usual. This is not indicative of a defect, and there is nothing wrong with the product. You can continue to use them as normal.<br /><br />The powder you are seeing is called zeolite, which is sometimes used to assist with the packing process. We would like to investigate this further to better understand your description. If possible, please save the empty bag and one of the pods that has a lot of powder on it.
