These have helped change my bowel movement consistency from mushy back to a normal firmness level. The probiotic did clear up all of my lower intestine issues. I really like that this probiotic doesn’t have to be refrigerated because that makes it perfect to use while traveling!

I take a daily probiotic and have for years. Without it, I'm gassy and uncomfortable. This one did nothing, it was like I wasn't taking a probiotic at all.

The capsules are normal vitamin size (not overly large, but could be an issue for those with problems swallowing pills). They have a neutral smell to them and to aftertaste. I just started taking them so not sold yet on the probiotic properties, but they aren't hard on my stomach like some vitamins are, which is promising. I like that they are gluten, soy, and dairy free as well. They are also a carbon neutral product, which is great.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. It works!!! I am in the medical field and always skeptical of non-FDA approved items. I started taking this and within a few days my constipation issues cleared up. I'm sure you don't want the details, but here is the proof: I work 10-12 hour days M-Th and my body usually waits til Friday to clean itself out. Well, by then I'm uncomfortable and bloated and feeling sluggish. After less than week of taking these, things were moving along daily and I'm feeling and looking much better. I haven't had any side-effects from them and am thrilled I got the chance to discover how great they are!

Trust the brand and it's very high in the amount of (good stuff ) inside each capsule . Price point is abit higher than a lot but if your looking for a high probiotic count then this might be just for you .
