After a daily use of 2 a day for a month, I could not tell a diffence, in the way I felt or keeping me regular. Pill size is normal for this type of product. Goes down smooth and has no taste, smell or after taste. However, for the cost and effectiveness, I do not recommened.

They open up and you can dump out the powder, but I can't tell if it's still as effective this way and it doesn't say that it's a way to take it. I felt fine with these and went on the regular.
