I suffer from SIBO and IBS, and my GI doc suggested that I try a probiotic to help along with some other changes. As a breast cancer warrior I decided that one geared towards women's health may be nice. I've been on these for about two month's now, and I can say that my tummy has smoothed out a little since starting them.

I've only been using these probiotics for a few month as I have been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and it was recommended by my doctor. I take one early in the morning about an hour before eating. It seems to help my digestion as I have not had much problems as heartburn or constipation. TMI but fair warning in the first week or so I did experience a lot of gas and the first couple of days diarrhea. So just expect that as with any probiotic your body has to adjust. Sam's club gives the best deal as you get twice as much as a basic drugstore.

Excellent probiotic that actually works well with women's bodies. Take once daily on a empty stomach and wait 30 minutes before eating. I swear this is the absolute best probotic on the market after I've tried many other name brands. I highly recommend this if you have digestive issues like I did. This certainly helps.

It's so difficult to find this particular brand anymore. Super impressed that Sam's' Club not only had it in stock, but also at a terrific price. Can't beat this probiotic! Have suffered from IBS for years and this truly helps to regulate my system.

These actually work after about a week. My body is stubborn and let me say, these work! I can take all sorts of things with no luck. These did the job. I am now regular and sometimes have to skip days because it works too good after a few months of taking daily. I take a night. Also about have the price by buying at Sam's Club! Excellent value. High quality from the health food store top brands.

Best probiotic EVER!

. We have used Garden of Life products for years and appreciate their quality and mutiple supplemental health products. Probiotics are super important for normal flora and with this 40 Billion version, you should have the right start to a healthier life. Sam's has a great deal on this package, so we bought several. Hopefully, they can bring in more of these products.

I like the easy to open container. The one a day capsules are easy to swallow. There is no aftertaste. The white plastic bottle contains a 60-day supply - no refrigeration required. I wish I could feel a difference so it may just mean I am replenishing the current strains. I take probiotics every quarter and try to vary the strains. Overall, I am pleased with this product.

Disappointed. Bought this more expensive brand and no results. When I paid for cheaper brands, I noticed more regularity.

The bottle was already expired when it was delivered to my home. Even when I have purchased a “fresh” bottle, the capsules aren’t as potent as they were before Nestle purchased Garden of Life. About 14 years ago, this product was a game changer. Don’t waste your money on this newer version.
