I’ve only been using this probiotic for a few weeks, but so far I do like it. I switched because Sams stopped carrying what I normally use, so I thought I would give this one a chance. So far so good.

Not all probiotics are created equally. Garden of Life probiotics work! Can tell if I have taken another probiotic. They don't work as well.
