I take a daily probiotic and have for years. Without it, I'm gassy and uncomfortable. This one did nothing, it was like I wasn't taking a probiotic at all.

Trust the brand and it's very high in the amount of (good stuff ) inside each capsule . Price point is abit higher than a lot but if your looking for a high probiotic count then this might be just for you .

I started taking this and within a few days my constipation issues cleared up. I'm sure you don't want the details, but here is the proof: I work 10-12 hour days M-Th and my body usually waits til Friday to clean itself out. Well, by then I'm uncomfortable and bloated and feeling sluggish. After less than week of taking these, things were moving along daily and I'm feeling and looking much better. I haven't had any side-effects from them and am thrilled I got the chance to discover how great they are!
