I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. The capsule is easy to swallow and it doesn’t get stuck in your esophagus. These have helped change my bowel movement consistency from mushy back to a normal firmness level. The probiotic did clear up all of my lower intestine issues. I really like that this probiotic doesn’t have to be refrigerated because that makes it perfect to use while traveling!
