I've only received the unit and unpacked. I will update after I get some runtime, but my initial impressions are good, and I'm happy with my purchase.

Bought this post hurricane and wish had Ibought it sooner. Easy to set up and get running right out the box.Love the option of LP gas and remote start for those that don't have the arm strength to pull start it.

Follow Instructions before using! Must fill with oil and check and connect all electrical. Started iGen5000 on the first try using propane. Bigger and heavier than it looks on pictures.

We got this just after Helene hit. Other generators rattled all night, but we enjoyed a much quieter evening. Powered lights, 2 refrigerators, charged everything and saved hundreds in spoiled food.

I bought this to be able to be able to easily manage power needs during an extended outage. After working with a neighbors iGEN4500DF, I was impressed with the quietness and propane run times. Hope I don't have to use it, but I am prepared!

Purchased this to keep a appliances running after storm outages. First time out it started on the first pull and kept everything running during a 20 hour outage on less than 5 gal of gas.

I just fired up our Igen 5000 invertor generator for the first time. Easy setup, fired up the very first time, looking forward to using it on our 2 and half week boondocking trip!

We bought this 2 fuel generator for power outages. During the break in period I have been impressed with the quick start process and quiet running engine. Plus it has a attractive shell that doesn't look like a typical generator.

The access panel for the oil fill/drain area is a poor design ( Too small) that doesn't allow any room for access with removal tools ( box end wrench or socket wrench) ,or fingers.

Quiet and full of features. Started right up with no issues. Very quiet, and digital display makes it really easy to read. Instructions are clear and concise
