I BOUGHT THIS GENERATOR IN THE FACE OF POWER OUTAGES FOR THE ELECTRIC COMPANY DUE TO HIGH WINDS IN OUR AREA. IT WORKS SO WELL. THE PUSH BUTTON/REMOTE START FEATURE IS EXCELLENT. MY WIFE HAS A ISSUES WITH HER HANDS AND THIS FEATURE IS SO HELPFUL. WE JUST LOVE IT

I bought this generator as a backup for our home in the event we lose power (happens 2-3 times a year). This generator connects perfectly to our house via the RV plug and has plenty of power to run all our essentials (Fridge, lights, tvs, workstations, fans). Very quiet which was important for us being is a residential area.

Love the way it runs, smooth and quiet compared to my old Generac. Access to oil fill through access panel is difficult due to tight fit and my hands aren't exactly large. Be careful when adding fuel for the first time - the screen filters will back up the flow if you pour too fast. Other than those growing pains I would recommend the unit.

I bought this to use on my RV but ended up powering my house during Hurricane Milton for three days. Super quiet, much quieter than non-inverters, battery start for easy starting (although pull start is not hard either), and can burn propane which is cleaner, less messy and safer than gasoline. Overall a great unit. It would have been nice to have more 115 V outlets as it has only two but that is not a dealbreaker.

I purchased this generator because it has all the features I was looking for. After filling with oil and connecting the battery, it started quickly with the press of a button. I'm impressed by the quality construction and how quiet it is. If you're considering buying one of these, you won't regret it

Bought after another extended power outage after a hurricane. It powers our house easily, including 2 large refrigerators and a room air conditioner. Obviously not 240VAC appliances, but enough to be comfortable for an extended period. Two more were purchased by friends and family.

I bought this 2 days ago. The packaging was excellent. When preparing the generator I noticed the battery support strap was off. One of the places where the strap connects was broken. The connections are plastic so I guess it happen during shipment. I did not call service because I fixed it myself. This is why only 4 stars. After adding oil I fired the generator up using gas. It cranked right up. I am very glad I bought this and would recommend it to anyone looking for this type of Inverter generator.

After last week's storm that knocked out power for several days in the Pacific Northwest I decided to upgrade to a new portable generator. This new 5000 dual fuel generator was easy to set up and is very quiet. I feel now I am ready for the next big storm.

I just purchased this generator and am pleased with what I have seen so far. Initial set up was very easy and my test run passed with flying colors. Didn't give it 5 stars since I haven't used it to it's full capacity. Will leave another review when I do.

I bought this for emergency power if / when the Grid power fails. I calculated this would power all of the appliances in the house that I would like to have. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it is. It is easy to move with the attached handle and I especially like that it runs on propane as well as gas.
