East to assemble out of the box. This generator came with all the tools you need to get it ready as well as tools needed for future preventative maintenance in the future. I like how they considered changing oil and draining fuel. Would recommend if you are looking for a portable generator for home emergency use or RVing.

Pulled the trigger on the higher end inverter so I'll never have any more worries about starting issues, poor running at higher altitudes, or hauling two parallel inverters to get less power. Looking forward to putting the efi to the test and relying on the reliability of the Westinghouse inverters.

Just picked up this unit. I was amazed on the packaging. Very well thought out. Very simple to install the necessary parts. I'm running propane primarily. Once I added the oil and turned the motor over several times, the motor started up and the quietness has shocked me. It being a large unit and all. My purchase of this unit is for my 40' 50 amp travel trailer when I'm off the grid.

Looks great out of the box, took my time to read the Manual so I feel good about starting it up for the first time. The screw in funnel is a nice feature for adding oil without a mess. I had 2 Yamaha generators that I sold to pick this up mainly because the of the dual fuel capability for camping and I love the electric start! Also really like the telescope handle to move it around with ease.

I got a new camper trailer with solar panels but needed a back up power source when I'm camping on cloudy days or in a shady spot. I got this Westinghouse inverter generator for the following reasons over other brands. It was almost half the weight of some others, it has duel fuel options, quality built, very quiet, and I really love the remote starter to turn on or off the generator while still in my trailer. All this at a very competitive price. I'm very happy with my new purchase which I've used on two campouts now.

I year ago I bought a conventional open generator, not realizing just how loud they are. It's so loud I really can't use it in my neighborhood without annoying everyone around. This Westinghouse inverter is so much quieter that it shouldn't be an issue. The generator seems to be well made and has useful features like USB outlets and a running time meter. I plan to use it for emergency power to run refrigerators and a portable air conditioner since we regularly lose power in our area. I have great confidence that this generator is more than up to the task.

My unit leaked gasoline on initial fill up and soaked the controls with fuel. It turned out to be a split fuel hose going to the shut off valve. Easily repaired but should have been caught during QC at the factory, if it was test run as stated in the manual. Unit is very quiet and performs very well after repairs were made.

I only just received this this generator and have done some light break-in with it at this point and testing all the functionality. The build quality is very good and the packaging was great. I have used gas generators for years and this is my first inverter and tri-fuel generator. Looking forward to the use of propane and not having to shuttle gas all the time. Really impressed with how quiet this generator is. I could literally stand within a few feet and have a normal conversation. Time will tell, but I specifically ordered this to charge my Anker Solix F3800s during an extended power outage. The F3800s need clean power which this generator has at <3% THD.

Although I haven't used the generator yet, I did a tremendous amount of research besides deciding on the Westinghouse 11,000 inverter generator. Once it arrived I know I made the right decision to build quality is remarkable and the packaging was excellent. It arrived on a pallet very sturdy yet easy enough for one person too fun pack, and install the wheels and feet. They even provided all the tools needed, including heavy duty wrench to attach the wheels. I know I made the right decision with this purchase.

I just got this product delivered yesterday, It was easy to unbox and assemble. I had pulled out my toolbox but everything including quality tools were included. It started right up after I added the provided oil and connected the battery starter. I was pleased that it ran quiet at about 68 db without a load. After I powered up an upright refrigerator the decibel rating stayed the same. I am looking forward to see how it handle a much larger load but so far everything is working great after running it over an hour for initial break in. We are installing a 50 amp plug with and interlock switch to our electrical panel for emergency home backup. I had ordered the dual fuel (propane and gas) model but was pleasantly surprised when I got a free upgrade to the tri-fuel model which I can use since we have natural gas. This comes with a three year warranty which I hope to never use. So far everything is exact as described and this is a happy buyer.
