We had been talking about purchasing this generator, when we had a power outage where we live for a couple days. We purchased the generator for our camper and lived in it during the outage. It did fantastic. We will now mount in our RV and take it on the road to various campgrounds and parks and conveniently always have power. Glad we got it broke in and it ran quietly and sufficiently! Definitely recommend.

I used this generator during this past winter storm in Texas and it worked great. Having the dual fuel option to use propane is a game changer if you don't want the gasoline smell in your garage. I did take off the panels to ensure the internal motor cable for the auto-choke was connected, so no issues for me like other users have experienced with that.

I tested this inverter generator as soon as it arrived and it powered my RV on both propane and gas. All features worked as they should ... I really like the start/stop remote control, the rather low weight, carry handles, etc. Here's to hoping it lasts for several year.

I bought this several months ago, and it was still in the box till yesterday morning. Got it out to run our freezers and fridge, and it worked great! Easy and quick to start it up! The reason I gave 4 stars is that the fuel gauge doesn't work, and I can't find any troubleshooting to fix it. Also, the remote start function doesn't work. Overall, it saved us a lot of money and time replacing food! And it's very quiet!

shipped in two days very well packaged added oil and gas and plugged in battery started right up tried propane worked great!! remote was attached to pull start rope had a hard time finding it but gave me a chance to look over gen and see how well built hopefully it will last for many years

I tested this unit with propane and I was pleased. Quick start and ease of maneuvering with the extendable handle are very nice. I like the economy switch allowing the generator to adjust itself to the load. I connected it to a 1500 watt oil heater and adjusted its settings and I could hear the generator adjusting its power. The remote control key fob is a nice feature also.

Bought on Nov 2021, never use till last month when Beryl went through, lost power, for a day, the generator started fine, quiet, ran for about 7 hours and shut down itself because of low oil level, oil was leaking all over my ground , wait couple hours for cool down, filled the oil back up, ran for 5 , 6 hours later, it leaked oil to empty and shut down again…..I've been tried to contact Westinghouse to see if they can do anything about that, I know it's been 3 years, but still , it's brand new…

My husband and I purchased this generator to use while camping in areas without hookups. We also wanted something we could use as a backup should our home power go out. We just received it a couple days ago, so have not had opportunity to give it the full test yet. It arrived in beautiful shape and extremely fast! My husband was very pleased with how easy it was to setup. When he pushed the start button, it fired right up. We plugged it into our RV first thing and everything worked that we turned on. Can't wait to hit the hills!!

Just purchased and very happy that we will have a unit when the power goes out again...just went through frigid temperatures over 22 hours, never again with this unit. Runs on Gas or Propane...and I can started from inside the house...looking forward to using it. The unit is very heavy, but has wheels and a handle right out of the box...just another bonus

I recently bought this so I could have power for our travel trailer and it is a bonus that it will power our house if needed in the future also. We also wanted the duel fuel option because we don't want to have to haul & store gasoline because it is much more dangerous that propane.
